This apartment was constructed in 2007 to a high standard. Within 100 metres of the centre of the village and the beach bordered by cliffs. There are many shops, restaurants, cafes and bars. Unlike many other apartments this building is not situated above noisy premises and is in a small block of just eight other properties. It comprises a fully fitted kitchen with balcony, comfortable lounge with two sofabeds, dining table and satellite t.v. The bedroom has a double bed and fitted wardrobes. The bathroom has a bath, with shower over it. A roof terrace provides sea views.

The Algarve region

Carvoeiro / Central Carvoeiro area
Carvoeiro is a small fishing village, which has a sandy beach from which short boat trips can be taken. It also has facilities for hiring water sport equipment. Unlike many other resorts it is thankfully devoid of high rise buildings and maintains it's scenic appeal, yet still caters for every holiday need, having all necessary amenities close by. There are two diving centres within five minutes of this apartment who cater for beginners and the experienced diver, where you can explore the varied sealife of the Atlantic ocean.
How to get there
Fly to Faro airport. Apartment Amelia is a 40 to 50 minute drive from the airport. Cheap flights to Faro are available from many local airlines including easy jet, monarch, thomson fly, bmi baby and more, departing from most regional u.k., airports. We can supply car hire and airport transfers. Alternatively these can be arranged by yourselves in the u.k.

We are available to assist our clients whenever necessary. There is secure off street parking and an internal lift for your added convenience. Towels changed mid week, linen changed weekly.
Further details outdoors: Carvoeiro is a perfect base from which to explore the numerous spectacular beaches nearby, together with the many golf courses on offer. There are ten beaches within a ten minute drive of this location. The golf courses cater for both the beginner and the more experienced golfer. These include the championship courses of Pinta and Villamoura, which boasts five courses. Other local courses are Gramacho, Vale de Milho and Penina. Zoo Marine, an aquatic centre is a fantastic day for all the family, where you can enjoy the shows, including swimming with dolphins and children's funfair rides, or relax by their pool.

Prices may be subject to change at owner's discretion. Terms of payment: non refundable 25% on confirmation of booking, together with 100 pound security deposit. The security deposit is returned following departure once the property has been checked and keys safely returned. Balance of payment due eight weeks prior to arrival date. If payment involves a bank transfer any charges must be incured by the person making the transfer. Beach towels are not provided. Guests are advised to take adequate insurance cover. This apartment operates a non smoking policy.
Conditions
Both long and short term rentals are available. The hire of a cot and highchair is available for a small additional fee. Special occasion cakes, food packs or bouquets can be supplied on request. On change over days guests must vacate this property by 10.00 hours. The property is then prepared for new arrivals and is available from 13.00 hours.
