About the home

The villa is spacious, well furnished and equipped, offering lovely comfortable accommodation in a convenient and relaxing location.

Casa Jovic has a king size bedroom and 3 twin bedrooms, all with en-suite and is ideal for families to share or for one family who enjoy their space.

There are local shops, bars and restaurants within easy walking distance, and a 5 minute drive away from local beaches, Carvoeiro, Ferragudo and Lagoa.
Monchique is behind us and a lovely drive into the mountains to enjoy the views, to walk and to experience rural Portugal.

There is plenty to see and do in the surrounding area , a great selection of restaurants, but with a brick full size bbq and al fresco dining at Casa Jovic a trip to the local supermarket or fish market will ensure that dining at home is a very relaxing way to spend your evenings.

If you prefer to relax at the villa there is plenty for the children, including a PS2 and Wii with a selection of games,satelite tv,DVD, internet access, pool toys, table tennis and music system.

Facilities

Further details indoors:
Casa Jovic has 4 large bedrooms, each with its own en-suite bathroom. ( Villa sleeps 8 people, plus cot).
Air conditioning is an optional extra and we would recommend this only during the height of the summer.
We have an English speaking Manager, who will not intrude on your private holiday but is available in case of need. All the home comforts you would expect are included as standard with the addition of a Playstation 2 and Wii and games , satelite TV providing Portuguese and English channels , DVD and sound system.
In addition there is table tennis, pool toys and bat and ball.

Further details outdoors:
Casa Jovic is fully enclosed , secure and situated in a lovely area. The garden surrounds the villa and gives room for small ball games on grassed areas plus patio space around the swimming pool.
There is ample garden furniture together with al fresco dining area with large bbq and raised terrace with smaller table for drinks to watch those wonderful sunsets.
Full size table tennis for garden use.

Further details

Change over can be flexible outside of peak season but Thursday is preferred.

Pool/beach towels are not included however if you prefer to travel lightly with hand luggage only we can provide pool/beach towels for your booking at an additional £20.00 per week.

Casa Jovic is situated in a quiet residential area of Sesmarias, this is between Lagoa and Ferragudo. The villa is central to the Algarve region and the fantastic amenities in the surrounding area.
Very close by is tennis, golf, scuba diving and horse riding.
