Home description

This apartment is within 100 metres of Carvoeiro beach and the centre of the village. It comprises of 2 bedrooms, both with single beds and fitted wardrobes. Both bedrooms have balconies. The master bedroom benefits from an en suite bathroom complete with shower cubicle, toilet and bidet. The other entirely separate bathroom has a bath and shower. The lounge has satellite tv and comfortable seating, a convertible sofa has the added advantage of being used as a sofabed for a fifth person. The dining table seats four. The fully equipped kitchen has everything you need with additional seating for dining. Secure off street parking and an internal lift ensure your peace of mind and convenience. Air conditioning units ensure your comfort throughout the year.

The Algarve / Central Algarve region

The Algarve region averages 3000 hours of sunshine each year, more than the Costa Brava, Majorca and the French Riveria. The province is located in the far south of Portugal, bordered by the Atlantic on two sides and mountains to the east. It stretches from the Spanish border westwards to Cape St. Vincent. 150 miles of Portugal's coast is formed by cliffs overlooking numerous secluded golden sandy beaches. Places to visit include the mountains of Monchique, Silves castle and the capital of Portugal, Lisbon with it's many historic buildings.

Carvoeiro / Central Carvoeiro area

Carvoeiro is a small fishing village which has a sandy beach from which short boat trips can be taken, jet skis and other sea based equipment hired. Apart from the many outstanding local golf courses there is a scuba diving centre, tennis club and gym facilities. It is one of the few places to retain it's scenic appeal, having no high rise apartments. It has the perfect ingredients for a relaxing holiday. There are a wide range of restaurants, shops, cafes and bars nearby, and lively nightime venues.

How to get there

Many budget airlines now have daily flights to Faro airport in the Algarve, Portugal. These include easyjet, monarch, bmi baby, thomsonfly and more departing from most regional u.k., airports.
Many airlines offer car hire and transport facilities, but these can be booked independently. It is advisable to book car hire and airport transfers in advance.

Carvoeiro is a perfect base from which to explore the numerous beautiful golf courses nearby. They cater for both the beginer and the more experienced golfer. These include the championship courses of Pinta and Vilamoura which boasts 5 courses. Other local courses are Gramacho, Vale de Milho and Penina. There are 10 scenic sandy beaches within a 10 minute drive of this property.
Zoo Marine, an aquatic centre is a fantastic day for all the family, where you can enjoy the shows, including swimming with dolphins, and children's funfair rides, or take it easy at their pool.
Krazy World is a similiar attraction including a crocodile display and an animal farm.

Prices may vary at owner's discretion.
Terms of payment; non refundable 25% deposit as confirmation of booking, together with 100 pounds key and security deposit. (Refundable following your departure on safe return of the keys and assuming no damages are incurred). Balance due 8 weeks prior to arrival date. If payment involves a bank transfer any charges must be incurred by the person making the transfer. Towels changed mid week, linen changed weekly. Beach towels not provided. Guests are advised to take adequate insurance cover.

On change over days guests are required to vacate this property by 10.00hrs. The apartment is then prepared for new guests arrivals from 13.00 hrs.
