The Algarve / Central Algarve region

The Algarve is a region with clear Mediterranean influence in terms of climate, with temperatures between 20ºC and 30ºC in the summer time, and between 5ºC and 15ºC on the wnter time; vegetation also very characteristic, with long fields of disperse an irregular trees in a coast area marked by constant breeze freom the see side.
Some of the most beautiful Portuguese beaches are located in this region, namely "Praia da Marinha", the first portuguese beach to earn the Blue Flag.
A very significant part of Portuguese history is also located in this reagion, being the last place of the Iberian peninsula from where the moors were banned, there are still many landmarks of that period left in the city of Silves, where you can visit its Castle, the museum and the main church. (only 20 minuts from Carvoeiro by car)

With a great variety of things to do, places to visit, Carvoeiro is an ideal place for a relaxing holiday, providing visitors with wonderful beaches, namely the beach of Centeanes, Marinha or Benagil a wide variety of restaurants, like "A Palmeira" mainly a seafood restaurant, "Mistral" one of the most noticed restaurants in the village, or "Chefe António" where you can find a wide variety of fish.
Regarding the places you can visit, there is the "Algar Seco" where you can enjoy a fenomenal view while having a refreshment at the "Boneca", a very charming coffeeshop in one of the best set of rock formations in the Algarve.

Located in the Monte Carvoeiro Resort, it's near severel restaurants, a Jazz Club, a supermarket, severel coffeshops and a medical clinic.

The indicated rent is for a max of 4 persons , however, because there is also a sofa bed, it may be possible to negotiate aceptance up to 6 persons for an adicional price per extra person.

Conditions

Upon arrival the guests are required to make a security deposit of 200€ that will be refunded at the end of theire stay if no damage was made to the house or it's contents.
Regarding the form of payment, upon reservation, the guests are required to make a first payment (between 10% and 20% of the rent, depending on the amount) by bank trnasfer.
The balance as well as the security deposit will only be paid upon the guests arrival at the house, directly to the owner.
