The spacious rooms are furnished and equipped to a very high standard with a satellite TV, CD stereo music centre and children's games in the sitting room. All the bedrooms are air-conditioned - no smoking areas, each opening onto a private terrace. The master suite on the first floor opens onto a wide terrace with steps down to the pool. In addition to the large main pool there is an adjoining shallow pool for children. Please note that the pool can now be heated at additional cost.

The Algarve / Central Algarve region

"Villa Casa Hana" is located just outside the Fishing Village of Carvoeiro where many Restaurants and Bars are located for those long summer evenings. The town and beaches of Armcao De Pera is just 8 minutes away by car towards the coast road.
The picture-postcard village Carvoeiro lies just off the EN125 main road, near Logoa. The area is noted for its very friendly and relaxed style, Retaurants and Bars.
GOLF Portugal, and in particular, the Algarve, is renowned for its magnificent Golf Courses which is why it is considered a golfer's paradise. There are many courses within easy reach of Vila Marianna such as The Pinta and The Gramacho courses at neighbouring Carvoeiro. There's also the championship course of Penina just a ten minute drive away. Keen golfers' find that the location of this Villa ideal to combine both a beach and golfing holiday and it also works well for partners and families who do not participate in the sport.

Security deposit required is 25% deposit on booking. The balance to be paid 12 weeks before arrival. A £400 Villa Damage Security Deposit is required with the final payment. Please note that the Villa Damage Secuirty Deposit will be refunded within 24hrs of your departure providing no damage has occurred.
Conditions
Air-conditioning £150, pool heating £150 per week. Two of the bedrooms are located on the ground floor with two additional bedrooms on the first floor with an option of an additional children's room providing two additional single beds. As a consequence, the villa is particularly child friendly and wheelchair friendly.

Dear Alfred Happy New Year to you. We had a wonderful time the first two days were a bit bad but after that the sun shone it was great the children just loved the pool, my eldest daughter learnt to swim in the time we were there. Dear Alfred, many thanks for the use of Villa Casa Hana it was a fantastic place and we all had an excellent holiday in Portugal. Carvoeiro is definitely on my list again in the future as is Casa hana if the party size is big enough again. There was some minor problems with the electric and hot water failing but these was swiftly rectified by villa management da roos. Mark Powers
