Laze by the pool or shelter in the Patio area while enjoying Al fresco dining and a cool glass of wine. Take a leisurley walk up to Gramacho's Club House and enjoy playing or watching the Golf. Locally the Rei das Praias Restaurant one of the finest Seafood Restaurants in the area which is on the beach and over looks the sea. Only 5 mins away by car/taxi or a 40min walk.

The Algarve / Central Algarve region

Carvoeiro / Pestana Golf Resort Gramacho area
Pestana golf resort is situated between the beautiful old fishing town of Carvoeiro and the seaside village of Ferragudo and is ideally located for the famous Algarvian beaches as well as the stunning scenery of the Serra de Monchique.
Originally a small fishing village, Carvoeiro has quickly become one of the most popular family holiday destinations in the region. With its sandy bay, range of shops, lively bars and variety of cuisine, not to mention three golf courses. Take a family day out at the Slide & Splash only 2 minutes away by car and is great entertainment for all the family or visit the Zoo Marine at Guia approx 15 mins drive. Follow on from there to the Algarve shopping Centre across the road from Makro great shops and a Cinema. Everyone is catered for.
How to get there
Fly direct to Faro Airport (Airlines Monarch, Jet2.com, Firstchoice etc) pick up a hire car (Budget, Autorent.pt, Avis etc) with the opening of the new motorway A22 it will take just 40 mins to arrive at Pestana Golf Resort. Just follow the A22 till Junc 6 for Carvoeiro following road through till you hit a set of lights turn right (big Pao Acucar Supermarket) and follow sign for Vale da Pinta/Gramacho your 2 mins away

Further details indoors: The Villa has 3 bedrooms one en suite plus a shower/bathroom WC and separate WC. The fittings are to the highest quality with a beautiful dining suite that seats six and three two seater sofas. There is a TV with satelite and regular TV channels. .
The apartment has air conditioninig in all rooms, log fire and central heating in all rooms. Security is of utmost importance. There are two cords one in each bathroom in case of emergency pull one of these and security will be there in two minutes. Security is on hand 24/7 and you will see them driving by all the time. Also there is a safe in the master bedroom to put your valubles in.

Notes to the rental rates A 20% deposit is required to secure a booking, the balance being due 8 week before the arrival date. A damage deposit of £150 is also required which is returnable 7 days after departure. Air conditioning and central heating are normally included in the weekly rates but an extra charge may be made for high usage. We try to be as flexible as possible, if you wish to rent for a long week-end or mid week please contact us we will be happy to try and oblige
