About the home

Casa Jasmin is set in nearly an acre of newly landscaped gardens. It is located in an area of outstanding natural beauty in the heart of Caramujeira, yet is only a short drive from Carvoeiro. The beautiful Albandeira beach is accessible via a wonderful countryside walk from the villa (approx 2km). The villa has an airy vaulted lounge with patio doors leading out to the pool and terraces. There are two spacious twin bedrooms on the ground floor with a shared modern bathroom. The master bedroom is on the first floor and has its own bathroom and terrace with sea views. The villa is set within the beautiful unspoilt area of Caramujeira. It is set away from main roads in its own fully fenced large grounds making it an ideal, safe base for children. It has its own child safe pool and lots of terrace space to sunbathe and relax.

Approached via a long, private lane Casa Jasmin provides a safe and private retreat behind electric gates. With plenty of terracing around it's own pool, there is lots of space to sunbathe, relax and admire the views.

There is plenty of garden furniture and a built in barbecue by the kitchen terrace for outdoor entertaining and relaxing. There are wonderful sea views from the house and pool as well as from the terrace upstairs.

The pool area is toddler proof with locking gates (small children must always be supervised while inside the pool area.)

A non refundable deposit of 20% is required to secure your booking with the balance payable
8 weeks before arrival.
A returnable security of deposit of £200 is required with your balance of payment. Refunds will be made 10 days after you leave the villa subject to no breakages or damage being recorded.

The Algarve / Central Algarve region

Casa Jasmin is set within the unspoilt and sought after countryside of Caramujeira, a very peaceful area yet less than 10 minutes drive to the picturesque resort of Carvoeiro.
With some of the most beautiful, world class, sandy beaches only minutes away, Casa Jasmin is ideally located for some great days next to the Atlantic. All of the beaches are sheltered by cliffs and are excellent for swimming and snorkelling.
Most of the beaches have snack bars or restaurants making them perfect for spending the day, and evening, on!
The beautiful Albandeira beach, is accessible via a wonderful countryside walk from the villa (approx 2km)
Praia Marinha (3 mins drive) is absolutely stunning, has a restaurant and is featured on many postcards. Its sheltered waters make it ideal for snorkelling and beach games are played on the sand.

The Carvoeiro / Marinha area

The villa is close to some of the most stunning beaches in the Algarve. The beautiful Albandeira beach, with beach bar, is accessible via a wonderful countryside walk from the villa (approx 2km). Praia Marinha (3 mins by car) is absolutely stunning (on many of the local postcards) and has a bar and wonderful snorkelling. Benagil beach (5 mins) has restaurants and a beach bar. Carvoeiro is approximately 8 mins by car and has beaches, restaurants and bars.
Carvoeiro has many restaurants and bars and most amenities. There is a large supermarket on the road just outside Carvoeiro.
There are two fabulous water parks located nearby that are great for a day out - 'Slide and Splash' in Lagoa and 'Aqualand' near Albufeira. 'Zoomarine' is also nearby which is another excellent place for children. There is also a riding school nearby (3 mins) and tennis and diving clubs in Carvoeiro
