This property is situated on the first floor of a small building containing nine apartments. There is lift access and stairs. Despite being in central Carvoeiro this apartment is situated in a quiet street with no noise to disturb you, unlike many other apartments which are situated above noisy bars or restaurants. The apartment is fully air conditioned to ensure your comfort in the smmer and warmth in the winter.

Mobile phone and wi fi available, to access it,, on smart phone or laptop,it is necessary to visit the post office 200 metres from the apartment, or local supermarket,and purchase a sim card costing ten euros.

The lounge has a television and a sofa bed which comfortably accommodates two guests, a dining table with four chairs and large patio doors which lead onto your private balcony where you can enjoy breakfast with warm bagettes from the local bakery or pre dinner drinks whilst enjoying the village views

All guests staying for two weeks or more receive a complimentary bottle of wine...

The fully fitted kitchen has everything needed for your self catring needs, and also leads onto the large balcony..

The bedroom has two single beds and fitted wardrobes.

Thr bathroom has toilet, bidet, sink,and bath with shower over.

A 100 pounds or 100 euro security deposit is required in addition to the rental rates shown. This is refunded following departure assuming that no damages are incurred and that all keys and the car park remote control are returned undamaged.

A 25% non refundable deposit is necessary to make a reservation with the balance paid eight weeks before the start date of rental. Any bank fees involved in the transfer of funds are payable by you.

Weekly maid service and linen change. A condition of booking is that all guests have adequate insurance cover. No liability is accepted for any loss or damage incurred.

The Algarve region

The Algarve averages 3000 hours of sunshine each year, more than the Costa Brava, Majorca and the French Riveria. The province is located in the south of Portugal, bordered by the Atlantic on two sides and by mountains to the east. It stretches from the Spanish border westwards to Cape St. Vincent.

One hundred and fifty miles of Portiugal's coast is formed by cliffs overlooking numerous golden sandy beaches. Places to visit include the mountains of Monchique, Silves Castle, local markets and the capital of Portugal, Lisbon, with it's many historical buildings.

Carvoeiro

Carvoeiro was a small fishing village which despite some development has retained it's scenic appeal and is an extremely popular holiday detsination for visitor's of all ages. It is devoid of high rise buildings.

There are two beaches, the main beach Carvoeiro is a golden sandy cove surrounded by cliffs, with flat access for young and old. Jet ski's, water sports equipment, boat trips to the caves, sunbeds and umbrellas can be hired here. Cafes and restaurants are a few steps away, for refreshments. The second beach, Paraiso, is smaller, but great for snorkelling.

Central Carvoeiro, a short stroll from this apartment, has everything needed, with an abundance of restaurants to suit all tastes and pockets and cafes..

Carvoeiro Clube de Tenis with tennis courts and gym is a five minute drive away. Two diving schools are within four minutes by car.

Two water parks are located within short drives anfd provide fun for the entire family. Zoo Marine, where you can swim wiuth dolphins, a twenty minute drive, is another great day out.

Many championship golf courses are nearby including Gramcho and Penina, Vale de Milho and five other golf courses are at Vilamoura. The new Nick Faldo course is fiifteen minutes by car.

"Fantastic Apartment"
