About the home

Luxury surroundings in a luxury 1st Floor apartment. Relax on the balcony with a glass of wine while the Barbecue slowly cooks dinner. Take a walk up to Pinta's Club House and enjoy watching the Golf or ring the Rei das Praias Restaurant one of the finest Seafood Restaurants in the area which is on the beach and over looks the sea. Only 5 mins away by car/taxi or a 40min walk.

Our representatives will be on hand to meet you when you arrive and give you the keys and talk you through a few procedures. They can also organise to do your shopping before you arrive, arrange Golf/Tennis Lessons, Beauty Treatments. Why not try an exciting exploratory Jeep Safari trip into the Algarvian Countryside and high up into the Monchinque Hills. Taxi Service/Airport Transfers also available (These facilities are at an extra cost)

The apartment has two bedrooms one en suite plus a shower room. The fittings are to the highest quality with a beautiful dining suite that seats six and a three and two seater sofa. There is a 42" Plasma TV with satelite and regular TV channels. Outside on the Balcony is the built in Barbecue with six chairs and an extending wooden dining table for Alfresco Dining.

The apartment has air conditioninig in all rooms, a gas fire and central heating in all rooms.
Security is of utmost importance. There are two cords one in each bathroom in case of emergency pull one of these and security will be there in two minutes. Security is on hand 24/7 and you will see them driving by all the time. Also there is a safe in the master bedroom to put your valubles in.

Golf is available on Pinta or Gramacho, Flat Green Bowling, Tennis Courts, Big Screen in Gramacho Club House to watch sports. Beauty treatments available in Pinta Club House ie. Massage, Waxing, etc

Notes to the rental rates
A 20% deposit is required to secure a booking, the balance being due 8 week before the arrival date. A damage deposit of £150 is also required which is returnable 7 days after departure. Air conditioning and central heating are normally included in the weekly rates but an extra charge may be made for high usage. We try to be as flexible as possible, if you wish to rent for a long week-end or mid week please contact us we will be happy to try and oblige

The Algarve / Central Algarve region

Ferruguda with all its restaurants, bars and cafes, is located in the middle of the Algarve. Picturesque cobbled streets and a main square, where you can share in the atmosphere with the locals, provide an alternative place to relax. Meander along the quayside, stopping in a restaurant of your choice to sample their delicacies. Local amenities include: banks, PO, daily market and stores. Safe, sandy beaches with restaurant facilities also within walking distance or for the more adventurous, clifftop walks. Portimão, the larger neighbouring town, offers a variety of fashionable shops, nightlife and entertainment. You can also book day trips from here such as dolphin safaris, beautiful sea caves, fishing and a river trip to Silves. Silves, a historical mountain Moorish town, provides a lovely day out - a contrast to the coastal towns. Breathe in fresh mountain air on the way and sample the great fresh food of the region.

The Carvoeiro area

Pestana golf resort is situated between the beautiful old fishing town of Carvoeiro and the seaside village of Ferragudo and is ideally located for the famous Algarvian beaches as well as the stunning scenery of the Serra de Monchique.

Originally a small fishing village, Carvoeiro has quickly become one of the most popular family holiday destinations in the region. With its sandy bay, range of shops, lively bars and variety of cuisine, not to mention three golf courses. Take a family day out at the Slide & Splash only 2 minutes away by car and is great entertainment for all the family or visit the Zoo Marine at Guia approx 15 mins drive. Follow on from there to the Algarve shopping Centre across the road from Makro great shops and a Cinema. Everyone is catered for.

Fly direct to Faro Airport (Airlines Monarch, Jet2.com, Firstchoice etc) pick up a hire car (Budget, Autorent.pt, Avis etc) with the opening of the new motorway A22 it will take just 40 mins to arrive at Pestana Golf Resort. Just follow the A22 till Junc 6 for Carvoeiro following road through till you hit a set of lights turn right (big Pao Acucar Supermarket) and follow sign for Vale da Pinta your 2 mins away.
