Carvoeiro / Sesmarias area
The villa is centrally located within the Algarve offering easy access to everything you could want from the region. It is just five minutes drive from the picturesque fishing villages and beach towns of Carvoeiro and Ferragudo with great bars, restaurants, beaches, shops and golf courses.
Within a few minutes drive there are many amenities including a waterpark, more restaurants, more beaches, hypermarkets and Porches the world-renowned pottery maker.
Sesmarias offers Portuguese, Italian and French cuisine within a 10 minute walk from the Villa.
Coast/Beach There are several pretty coved beaches in the area within 2 minutes drive including Praia dos Caneiros, Praia Grande, Carvoeiro, Benagil and Centeannes. Wide sandy beaches are at Ferragudo & Alvor.
Golf Located in Sesmarias you can find the Gramacho (18 holes) and Pinta (18 holes) courses on the Pestana complex . The 9 hole par Vale do Milho golf course is within 10 minutes drive. There are numerous golf courses within 20 minutes drive. They are: Silves Golf (18 holes), Morgado (18 holes) and Alto Golf (18 holes). Further details indoors: The villa boasts a large lounge with three patio doors overlooking the front garden. A separate dining room and a new kitchen open onto the large BBQ area for easy al fresco dining. There are two ground floor en-suite bedrooms with twin beds. There is one en-suite double bedroom upstairs with fabulous views over Presa de Moura to the sea. There is a large terrace on the first floor providing 180 degree views from Carvoeiro to Praia da Rocha. The villa benefits from central heating (at extra cost) should you be considering a holiday outside of the warm season. Air conditioning is also available (at extra cost) if required.
Further details outdoors: Remote control electric gates provide secure and private access to the villa with plenty of parking space. There is a large sheltered BBQ area . The large pool can be heated (at extra cost). The gardens have been expertly landscaped, planted and are maintained by our private gardener - they are an absolute delight to behold. A pond with fish, frogs and a fountain provides a relaxing background atmosphere. The villa is located in a quiet, but not isolated, cul-de-sac.
Further details
We have recently purchased this beautiful villa and had the inside of the villa decorated from top to bottom. We also had a new kitchen installed and have chosen brand-new top quality furnishings from local shops. Full gas heating of the pool can be provided at extra cost if required.
Sorry, strictly no smoking inside or outside of the villa.
We consider the villa to be unsuitable for young children because of the deep pond and deep pool, both of which are not fenced off.
