Villa Andress is a luxury four bedroom, four bathroom villa ideally located at Carvoeiro. Restaurants, bars, shops and the beach are all within 3 km. The villa has both a private swimming pool and tennis court and the interior and furnishings are of a very high standard. Carvoeiro is an ideal holiday location which retains its Portuguese character and has a superb sandy beach. There are plenty of shops, and restaurants and golf, water sports and horse riding are all available locally and a beach is a 20 minute walk away. Nearby, there are also excellent water slide parks.
The Algarve region
The Algarve is one of the most popular tourist destinations in Europe, stretching from the resorts of Faro, Quinta do Lago and Vale do Lobo in the East, through to the beautiful and historic town of Lagos in the West. The golfing haven of Vilamoura and the resorts of Albufeira, Vale de Parra and Carvoeiro are also very popular locations, with all of the Algarve enjoying access to wonderful beaches, world-class golf, excellent restaurants and shopping.
Carvoeiro area
Carvoeiro is becoming increasingly popular with the discerning villa holidaymaker. Centred around the quaint fishing village the villas are of a high quality. There are many villas which are within easy walking distance of the sandy beach and an excellent choice of shops, bars and restaurants. To both east and west are further sandy beaches and at Benagil and Praia do Carvalho you will find sandy coves which, even at the height of summer, offer space and calm. Sports are well catered for, there being two 18 hole golf courses at Carvoeiro Golf and the 9 hole course at Vale de Milho. Tennis is also available at the Carvoeiro Tennis Club and only a five minute drive away is ‘Slide ‘n’ Splash’, a superb water slide park. For trips out, Portimao is a major shopping centre and the restaurants around the fishing harbour offer the freshest fish possible. The Monchique hills, the spa town of Caldas and the historic centre of Silves are all only a short drive away.
