About the home

The apartment has 1 double bedroom and a twin bedded room with family bathroom. The large dining kitchen is well equipped with washing machine, dishwasher, microwave and full oven and hob. The spacious lounge area is well furnished and includes a log burning fire for the winter months. Freeview Digital TV,DVD player and music centre.The outside area has large patios front and to the rear with furnished with table, chairs and awning for shade. The roof terrace has sun-loungers for the sun worshipers.

There is tennis available on Rocha Brava at a small fee. There is a small BBQ for clients use Safe Car Parking facilities are available in front of the apartment. The communal pool has sunloungers and umbrellas for the sole use of the complex and toilets and changing rooms.Access to Rocha Brava Complex through private gate ..where there are restaurants, shops and a very good Take A Way.

Faro Airport is destination airport and is serviced by all major airlines. Transfer time is approx 45mins which is bookable on line at a cost of 100euros for up to 4people. Car hire is very useful but not essential the price variesfrom 70euros per week for small vehicle and according to season and also bookable on line.

“Home from home with sunshine” Just back from a great week in 1b Pedra Grande.The bungalow is wonderfully equipped with everything you could need. With terraces front and back plus a roof terrace you can have sun or shade all day and a lovely pool to relax by only 50 yards away. Pedra Grande is a beautiful small well kept complex with nice walks to beaches or restaurants. The town centre is a bit further off but only a few euros by taxi or less than 5 minutes by car. After the aweful early Summer I was in need of some sunshine and our stay at 1b gave us sunshine in abundance in a lovely comfortable home.I would definitely recommend 1b Pedra Grande to couple or small families; it's a gem !!!
