This attractive Studio apartrment benefits from exceptional sea views of the Atlantic Ocean and Carvoeiro beach. It.is situated in the centre of Carvoeiro village, within 50 metres of the beach and square.which can be reached on foot within minutes. No car necessary. All visitors will appreciate the prime location of this apartment and the facilities that it offers, which include freeview satellite tv programmes in English and German, viewed on a plasma screen.

This immaculate property is situated on the ground floor of a small building and access to this apartment does not involve climbing any stairs. It has been modernised to a high standard and has completely new furnishings throughout. The combined lounge and bedroom has a double bed, coffee table ,comfortable seating, plasma tv for satellite viewing and a dining table to seat four persons. Large patio doors and a window, both facing the sea flood the room with natural ight.
The private balcony bordering the lounge faces the Atlantic Ocean, beach and square. You will find it hard to find an apartment in Carvoeiro with a better view. Enjoy breakfast al fresco with croissants form the local baker or pre dinner drinks, whilst watching the sunset.
The seperate bathroom has a full size bath, with shower over, toilet and sink.
The kitchen is brand new, fully fitted and has everyhing needed for your self catering needs.
Beach towesl provided.

A security deposit of 100 pounds or euro equivalent is payable in addition to the rental cost shown. A non refundable 25% depoosit of the total cost is necessary to make a reservation, with the balance paid 8 weeks before the start date of rental. Booking not confirmed until payment has cleared. Assuming the rental proceeds and no damages are incurred and all keys are safely returned the 100 pounds security deposit is refunded following departure.
Towels and linen changed weekly and weekly maid service. Beach towels not provided please bring your own.

The Algarve / Central Algarve region

The Algarve averages 3000 hours of sunshine each year, more than the Costa Brava, Majorca and the French Riveria. The province is located in the far south of Portugal, bordered by the Atlantic on two sides and by mountains to the east. It stretches from the Spanish border westwards towards Cape St. Vincent. One hundred and fifty miles of Portugal's coast is formed by cliffs overlooking numerous golden sandy beaches. Places of interest to visit include the mountains of Monchique, Silves Castle and the capital of Portugal, Lisbon, which has many historical buildings.

The Carvoeiro / Central Carvoeiro area

Carvoeiro was a small fishing village which despite some recent development has maintained its scenic appeal and is devoid of high rise buildings. It is extremely popular with families. It has two beaches, the main beach is a sandy golden beach cove from which jet skis, and wter sports epquipment can be hired, together with parsols and sunbeds. Short boat trips can be taken to the neraby caves and isolated beaches. The second beach, Paraiso, is smaller but great for snorkelling.
Carvoeiro village has an abundance of restaurants, to suit all tastes and pockets, bars, cafes, banks, shops, chemist, post office, doctor's surgery and public trnasport facilities. Two water parks are located within short drives and proivide fun for the entire family. ZooMarine, where you can swim with dolphins, a 20 minute drive, is another great day out.
Many championship golf courses are nearby, including Garmacho and Penina, Vale de Milho, and five courses at Villamoura. Also the new Nick Faldo and Christe O'Conner courses are 15 minutes by car.
Carvoeiro clube de tenis has numerous tennnis courts and gym facilkities and two diving schools are located near Carvoeiro.

Fly to Faro airport, which is situated in the Algarve region of Portugal. These properties are a comfortable 45 minutre drive away in the centre of the seaside town of Carvoeiro.
Economy flights to Faro are availabale from most local airlines including easyjet, monarch, thomson fly, bmi baby and more, departing from most regional uk airports.

“Excellent Apartment, Chris and Helen are lovely!” We stayed from the End of August for the first two weeks of September and the weather was great. Carvoeiro is a busy and buzzing little place if a little loud at night if you're not a fan of ABBA covers at 11pm! The Vista Praia apartment was finished to a really high standard, comfortable for 2 people and lovely views of the sea and the town from the balcony with convenient parking. Several excellent bars and restaurants just around the corner and Chris And Helen were super helpful, friendly and accomadating, yet unintrusive. Highly recommended.
