About the home

Private and Quiet location yet easily accessible to Village and beaches.
The grounds are walled and extensive, with 2 metre high Electric gates which provide security and privacy for guests and their families. The villa has 4 bedrooms and is fully furnished and well equipped. WIFI and Air conditioning are available.
The tennis court and Swimming Pool are private and for the sole use of clients.
Sleeps 10 peopel max

Air Conditioning or Central Heating is available on request. Wifi is also available on request. There are two king size bedrooms with ensuite facilities, one double bedroom and one twin bedded room. A cot and high chair can be provided if requested at no extra cost. Tennis rackets are provided free of charge for use on our tennis court..The barbecue area is enclosed and has seating for 10 people.There is also an additional fridge in this area. The terrace has sun loungers and parasols.

The exterior grounds are extensive with garden, tennis court and orchard and swimming Pool. There is a large terrace with sunloungers and parasols to relax on. The long driveway leads to a parking area that holds at least 3 cars. The gates at the front of the property are electric with an intercom system linked to the villa.

All bookings are confirmed with a 20% deposit. Full payment is required 8 weeks before arrival.

The Algarve / Central Algarve region

Carvoeiro is a small fishing village that has retained its charm and character. There are numerous bars and restaurants that cater especially for families and couples. There is a post office, chemist and banking facilities. There is a fish market and fresh vegetable market open daily except Sundays. The large Supermarket Intermarche is located as you drive into Carvoeiro where all your needs should be catered for.
Silves the Old Moorish Capitol is only 20 minutes drive. The old cobbled streets and Castle are worth a visit and makes a nice day trip.
There is a large water park within 15 mins drive. Also Zoo marine park is only 20 mins drive, Arrnagements can be made to see and swim with the dolphins here.

The Carvoeiro area

Local attractions include : Slide and Splash Water Park, Zoo Marine Park, Sand festival in Algoz, Algarve Shopping Park at Guia.
Silves the Old Moorish Capitol of the Algarve.
Golf, tennis, horseriding and watersports are all nearby.

“Nice, big villa...” The villa is lovely, big rooms, nice and clean, good size swimming pool and outside area to eat and sunbathe. Could do with a little bit of work on small area but overall no complaints about the property. The walk to the village is quite hilly, if you have a buggy like we did you can expect aching muscles the next day, it was slightly too far to walk to every day or if you just needed to get bread and milk from the shop, my estimation would be 20 mins there and 25 back as that is mostly uphill - with a buggy. We lucked out with the weather and got a heat wave, the villa is up high so you do catch a nice breeze.
