Villa Libron is located just a 5 minute drive away from the beach, on the small prestigious Presa de Moura development on the outskirts of the village. Quiet and peaceful, yet only five minute drive to the centre of Carvoeiro and Ferragudo. The villa has easy access to all amenities, including the local markets for bargain hunting, and many excellent restaurants for eating out. The villa benefits from its own private pool, with a shallow end perfect for the children. Leading from the kitchen-diner is a spacious patio, furnished with a table and chairs and barbecue to enable you to dine al fresco. With one double and three twin bedrooms, the villa is ideal for families, with plenty in the surrounding area to see and do during your stay.

The Algarve / Central Algarve region
Location With the opening of a new road from Carvoeiro to the east and Ferragudo to the west, one of the most beautiful sections of the Algarve has at last become accessible. Situated on the edge of Sesmarias village with a backcloth of rolling hills, Presa de Moura (Moorish stream) occupies a pretty wooded valley which slopes down gently to the Atlantic Ocean.
Carvoeiro A few minutes drive east lies cosmopolitan Carvoeiro, well known for its sandy beaches, great restaurants and nightlife. To the west just 5 minutes away is the picturesque unspoiled fishing village of Ferragudo famous for it’s seafood restaurants, and 5 minutes further lies Portimao capital of the western Algarve, this busy provincial city and commercial fishing port has many shops, leisure facilities and fantastic sardine restaurants along the key side.
Praia Grande (Ferragudo) A beautiful beach on the River Arade estuary, wide and sandy with easy access, very safe for young children Beach restaurant. Excellent for all water sports. Windsurfers and sailing boats for hire. Beyond the pier and lighthouse are more beaches facing the open sea. This is the nearest large beach to the villa, it is about 2.5Km away.
Silves Well worth a visit to see the castle and the lazer firework displays held during the summer months

Further details indoors: Villa Facilities The villa has an elegant entrance hall leading through double light oak half glazed doors into a spacious and tastefully furnished lounge, where there are some of the many beautiful pictures that are a special feature of this delightful villa. There is an attractive polished stone fireplace and log burning stove. Three patio doors give views of pool and access to terrace and garden. There is a large well equipped open plan kitchen and dining room which includes granite worktops, ceramic hob, oven, microwave, dishwasher, fridge-freezer and washing machine. Downstairs there are two twin bedrooms each with own en-suite facilities. Patio doors lead onto garden terrace. From the entrance hall a wide stone staircase leads to the first floor which accommodates the master bedroom, with, en-suite bathroom and the third twin bedroom with en-suite. Both rooms have patio doors leading onto a very large sun terrace with beautiful sea and countryside views. There is a digital safe for all your valuables

Conditions
Booking Conditions
Payments: A 20% deposit of the total booking cost is payable with the initial booking. The final balance must be paid at least 8 weeks prior to arrival, bookings made within 8 weeks of the arrival date must be paid in full. In the event of cancellation, all payments made at the time of cancellation are non re-fundable
Confirmation: Once we have received your reservation, confirmation will be sent in writing or by email.
Alterations: If you wish to make a change to your booking you must inform the owner in writing. Every effort will be made to accommodate the change, however no guarantees can be given
Price includes: Maid service twice weekly including change of Towels & Bed Linen. Electricity, Water starter .
Maid service: Daily maid service & fresh linens are available at a nominal charge.
Occupancy: The total number of occupants must not exceed the number stated on the booking form.
Arrivals and Departures: Keys should be collected and returned to reception unless other arrangements have been made. Access to your accommodation is after 2pm on the day of arrival, departure by 10am on the day of departure unless other arrangements have been made.
Right Reserved: The management at Presa de Moura reserve the right to terminate any booking if the clients are considered to be a risk to the property and its contents or a threat or nuisance to other guests or residents. Each Property is governed by 'community rules', these include restrictions on hanging linen or towels over balconies. A copy is available on request from the reception.
Insurance: The property is insured against fire and other usual insurable risks but this does not include your personal belongings
Damages & Breakages: Upon arrival clients will be required to provide a 'damage deposit' in the form of a signed credit card voucher. Any damage caused by the clients, or any third party invited by them to the Property, shall be the joint and several liability of the clients. This shall include the cost of replacement and / or reinstatement.
Smoking Policy: Villa Libron has a no smoking policy inside the property & reserves the right to charge for dry cleaning soft furnishings & redecoration if this condition is not respected.
Complaints: Any complaints must be lodged in writing and filed at the reception, the villa management will Endeavour to correct the problem as quickly as possible.
