Villa Bella Vista is a luxury villa situated on the Pestana Gramacho Golf resort located approximately 2 miles from the popular town of Carvoeiro. As the name suggests the villa has stunning views over the golf course and the surrounding countryside towards the Monchique mountains. Our villa has it's own swimming pool, BBQ area and beautiful landscaped gardens providing privacy and space for children to play. Inside there is a large open plan living room / dining room with TV and DVD and a fully equipped kitchen. Facilities at the resort include two 18 hole golf courses, David Leadbetter golf academy, tennis courts, bowling green, children's play area, restaurant and bar and onsite supermarket. Daily maid service and babysitting can be arranged. Within a short drive of the villa there is a water park, horse riding, many excellent restaurants and some of the best beaches on the Algarve.

The Algarve / Central Algarve region
Gramacho Golf resort is situated about 3 kms from the beautiful fishing village of Carvoeiro in the central Algarve. The village has it's own pretty beach, where small restored fishing boats offer trips for tourists. There are lots of restaurants, bars and shops in the town and surrounding area. Some of the best beaches in the algarve are within a 10 minute drive. The mountains of Monchique are easily reached within 30 minutes and the ancient moorish town of Silves within 15 minutes. There is a large water park about 5 minutes drive from the villa. With the newly completed motorway link Faro airport can be reached in 40 minutes and Lisbon in 2.5 - 3 hours.
Carvoeiro / Pestana Golf Resort Gramacho area
Gramacho (Pestana) Golf Resort nestles in 200 hectares of unrivalled beauty. The facilities at the resort include the clubhouse with its large communal swimming pool, reception, bar, restaurant, (including wide screen Satellite T.V.) and small pro shop. Also within the resort are 2 tennis courts, a basketball court, a bowling green, David Leadbetter Golf Academy and two 18 hole championship golf courses, Gramacho plus Pinta. There is a large outdoor swimming pool by the Club House with sun beds, parasols and a children's play area .
How to get there
A variety of low cost and scheduled airlines service Faro and all major hire car companies are represented at the airport. The resort is and easy 40 minute drive from Faro airport.

Further details indoors: The Villa has a double and twin bedroom on the ground floor with a shared bathroom. Upstairs there is a master suite with en suite bathroom. All linen, house towels and pool towels are changed once a week unless by private arrangement. There is also a travel cot and linen available at no extra cost.
The television in the sitting room shows a variety of english channels.
Further details outdoors: Outside there is a a terrace with dining furniture, BBQ and sun beds. The master suite has a private balcony with seating area and beautiful views of the surrounding countryside. The Gramacho club house with it's restaurant, bar , fax and internet facilities are short walk from the villa.
Guests are asked to provide their own beach towels, as the villa towels should not be removed from the property.
Further details
50% of the rental fee at time of booking to secure the property. The remaining 50% due one month before the arrival date.
A refundable deposit of £250 is required to be paid one month before arrival. This will be refunded within two weeks of your departure, subject to a satisfactory property inspection.
Smoking is not permitted inside the villa.

Bella Vista is absolutely marvelous. Well situated near the 9th hole of the Gramacho golf course, at walking distance from the clubhouse (very friendly staff!). The villa is nicely furnished (we so much enjoyed the open fire during February's chilly evenings), and well equipped: everything we needed was available - and more. Excellent bedding needs extra mention (as so often beds are uncomfortable while on vacation...). Our son (6 years) just loved the private garden with lovely swimming pool. We will recommend Villa Bella Vista to our friends - and surely will come back ourselves.( J van Maris NL)
We had a lovely holiday in this villa and I would definitely recommend it! The villa itself is in a great location, with views to the hills and across the golf course, and not overlooked by neighbours. Inside, the villa is spacious and a true home from home, which made the holiday all the more enjoyable. And of course, the kids loved having the pool out the back, which meant we (mum and dad) could at least have a few peaceful moments enjoying the sunshine whilst they played. There is plenty of shade which means you can eat out at lunchtime without getting too hot or burnt. All in all we had a great time and would definitely go back! (Katie Peter and Family Lancs)
