About the home

The Pestana Golf Resorts are located 5 minutes from the popular town of Carvoeiro, famous for its restaurants and nightlife, with attractive beaches only a short distance away. Our villa is the ideal location for many vacations, whether it is for the beach, golf, shopping or relaxation. The villa is set overlooking the 6th fairway of Pinta Golf Course but located on Gramacho (they are located side by side – see links below) Look at the Pestana website for fees. There are tennis courts, a bowling green, the David Leadbetter Golf Academy, club restaurants and bars, fax and email facilities, a baby-sitting service, beauty salon and a doctor available 24 hours with horse riding a short distance away. There are 4 water parks in the Algarve, I within 5 minutes and another within 40 minutes. A car would be recommended to visit the wonderful port of Portimao which is the nearest town, with the tourist resorts of Albufiera and Villamora only 20 minutes away. Faro airport is an approximate 35 minute drive. Finally you are only 5 minutes away from Praia da Marina which is recognized as the best beach in the Algarve,

Daily maid service available upon request, house towels and bed linen changed once per week unless by private arrangement. House equipment includes a safe for personal use. Basket ball net, table tennis table and barbecue.

There is SKY TV to the lounge and cable in the bedrooms, also PlayStation 2 in the twin room.

Two club houses within walking distance, containg bar service plus full restaurant facilities. Tennis courts and bowling green available on site, as are fax, internet facility and security.

A variety airlines service Faro, all major car hire companies are represented at the airport, the resort is 45 minutes from Faro airport by car.

By car from Faro... take the A22 Portimao, keep going, then take junction 6 for Lagoa, at the roundabout turn left signposted Carvoeiro,next roundabout straight over, then keep in the left lane (road splits you are following Lagoa Sul) at the roundabout turn right signposted Parque Aquatico, straight over the ´Modelo' roundabout, at the next roundabout turn left signposted Vale de Pinta, another roundabout go straight over small sign Gramacho.

“Great Location” Ideal location right good golf courses (6th Tee beside the pool) Close to towns and beach so what more can you want. Owner very helpful and villa exactly as described

“Fantastic well equipped Villa” We have just got back from a fantastic 2 weeks staying at Villa Rose. The pictures don't quite show how beautiful this Villa is. The gardens are stunning and mature and the pool overlooks the 6th Tee at Pinta Golf Course. It is a peaceful and tranquil setting and offers plenty of places to sit in either sun or shade depending on your mood. We've rented loads of Villas over the years and we can safely say that Villa Rose has everything you need. You can be self sufficient if you like or if you want to eat out it is a short walk to the wonderful Gramacho Golf Clubhouse or a 5 min drive into Carvoeira. Really great Villa we would recommend for a comfortable stay.
