The spacious, duplex apartment is located on the 3rd and 4th floors of the Monte Dourado development and is fully furnished and equipped. There are 3 bedrooms (one en-suite), 2 bathrooms and 2 balconies on the 4th floor, and kitchen, living room/dining area, cloakroom and 2 balconies on the 3rd floor. The living room has satellite TV, video, cd player and logburner with an additional sitting area on the upstairs landing with a TV and video (for playing videos only) there is a selection of paperbooks, pre-recorded films, board games and playing cards. The kitchen has a washing machine, dishwasher, cooker and microwave. There is a lift in the apartment building. The apartment sleeps 6 plus a cot and chairbed, highchair, potty and stairgate supplied. Prices quoted are for 6 people, £25 per person per week for 7th or 8th person.

Carvoeiro is a typical Portugese fishing village which is popular with visitors but still retains its charm. There are numerous bars, restaurants and shops plus many activities including golf courses, tennis, fishing, horse riding and diving.
Monte Dourado is in the centre of Carvoeiro village, there are swimming pools and tennis courts on site, the beach is only 250 metres away and there is a large variety of shops, bars and restaurants within easy walking distance.
