About the home

This 3 bedroom penthouse has been built and furnished to a very high standard. It has a large living room with underfloor heating and air conditioning with a living flame gas fire. The large kitchen/dining room is fitted with all modern appliances including a washer/dryer. The patio windows open onto a large terrace with spectacular views to the sea and the Monchique mountains. The three large bedrooms, 1 en suite, are two double bedded rooms and a twin bedded room all having fitted wardrobes and plenty of storage space. There is also a spacious bathroom.

Mosquito netting and electric shutters are fitted throughout.

Set in its own gardens, there is a spectacular pool area with sun loungers with a nearby bar serving drinks and snacks. 2 championship tennis courts are also on site.

Carvoeiro is the nearest town having a large number of restaurants catering for all needs and the picturesque village of Ferragudo is nearby also which is renown for its fish and seafood restaurants.
Close by Boa Nova there are many of the countries best championship golf courses and amenities such as Zoomarine, Slide & Splash and not forgetting the world famous sand festival. Many boat trips can be arranged when the fantastic coves and cliffs can be observed.

Easily accessible budget flights from most airports to Faro.
Directions from Faro airport:
From the airport head for the A22 motorway, following the signs for Portimão.
Follow the motorway all the way to Lagoa. Leave the A22 towards ‘Lagoa’. (CEPSA petrol station is on the right just before the turn off).
Follow signs for Lagoa Sul and then for Carvoeiro - this road will join the N125. Go straight on at the first roundabout. Turn right at the traffic lights (signed Carvoeiro). At the small roundabout - bear right (sign posted Sesmarias - Ferragudo). At the next roundabout take the 2nd exit (straight on) towards the water tower up the hill. Go through the village of Sesmarias you will find “Presa de Moura” on your left and at the next small roundabout take the second exit, Quinta da Boa Nova is signed. Take the first right and follow the road to the Boa Nova car park. The Reception Office is near by.
The journey from Faro airport should take no more than 45 minutes.
