About the home

Built to a very high standard, this two bedroom apartment is ideally situated in Central Algarve. The accommodation consists of a fully equipped kitchen with breakfast bar. The dining area/lounge area has been tastefully decorated and furnished and leads through large patio windows to a sun terrace with outstanding views with a traditional charcoal BBQ.

The two bedrooms, one double bedded one twin bedded, have also been furnished to a high standard with a shared fully tiled bath/shower room. For the late visitors or long term residents, gas central heating has been fitted.

Quinta da Boa Nova being centrally located between the vibrant village of Carvoeiro, known for its wining and dining, and the picturesque village of Ferragudo with its quaint cobbled stone street, is an ideal base to see the local area. There are many activities available, golf, scuba diving, wind surfing and horse riding to name but a few.

Plenty of attractions are on offer from the water park of Slide and Splash to the famous Zoomarine and not forgetting the magnificent Sand Sculptures that can be seen between the months of May to October, with a different theme each year.

No need to be bored.

Easily accessible budget flights from most airports to Faro.
Directions from Faro airport:
From the airport head for the A22 motorway, following the signs for Portimão.
Follow the motorway all the way to Lagoa. Leave the A22 towards ‘Lagoa’. (CEPSA petrol station is on the right just before the turn off).
Follow signs for Lagoa Sul and then for Carvoeiro - this road will join the N125. Go straight on at the first roundabout. Turn right at the traffic lights (signed Carvoeiro). At the small roundabout - bear right (sign posted Sesmarias - Ferragudo). At the next roundabout take the 2nd exit (straight on) towards the water tower up the hill. Go through the village of Sesmarias you will find “Presa de Moura” on your left and at the next small roundabout take the second exit, Quinta da Boa Nova is signed. Take the first right and follow the road to the Boa Nova car park. The Reception Office is near by.
The journey from Faro airport should take no more than 45 minutes.
