This 2 floor townhouse is traditionally decorated and tastefully furnished throughout. It comprises of a spacious living/dining room with a downstairs shower room and toilet. The large fully fitted kitchen comes with all appliances and a breakfast bar. It also has a laundry area with washing machine and clothes dryer. Upstairs are two en suite bedrooms, one with a double bed the other with twin beds. Both have fitted wardrobes. All windows are double glazed with mosquito screens and electric shutters. There are terraces to front and rear with patio furniture.
This superb property forms part of the absolutely stunning development of Boa Nova. It must surely rank as one of the best constructed developments in the Algarve. The site offers outstanding panoramic views. Set in its own well maintained gardens the complex has a spectacular pool area with changing rooms and plenty of sun loungers. There is also a children's pool for the very young. Close by is the bar and bar terrace overlooking the pool area. Also on site are two championship sized tennis courts for the more energetic ones.

The Algarve / Central Algarve region
Built in one of the most popular areas of the Algarve, Quinta da Boa Nova is situated between the seaside resort of Carvoeiro and fishing village of Ferragudo. The coastline in this area being an extremely photogenic mix of cliffs, coves, bays and beaches. Due to the exceptional climate of Portugal holidays can be enjoyed at any time of the year. Carvoeiro is a vibrant place in the summer having a big selection of restaurants and bars enjoyed by people of many nationalities. Ferragudo is a traditional fishing village of cobbled streets., July and August see the square beautifully decorated with Friday and Saturday being popular with live bands and acts performing on a specially erected stage.
Carvoeiro / Quinta da Boa Nova area
Quinta da Boa Nova being centrally situated is the ideal place to stay allowing visitors easy access to local amenities. Slide and Splash, Zoomarine, to name just two, are a short drive away, whilst the town of Silves is an archaeological paradise. In early spring the drive to Monchique is through trees of which most are Mimosas covered is yellow blossom. The spa village of Caldas is well worth a visit, people come here to drink or bathe in the local natural spring water, or just to sit and drink in the atmosphere, as well as the coffee or beer, in the picturesque square.
How to get there
Easily accessible budget flights from most airports to Faro. Directions from Faro airport: From the airport head for the A22 motorway, following the signs for Portimão. Follow the motorway all the way to Lagoa. Leave the A22 towards ‘Lagoa’. (CEPSA petrol station is on the right just before the turn off). Follow signs for Lagoa Sul and then for Carvoeiro - this road will join the N125. Go straight on at the first roundabout. Turn right at the traffic lights (signed Carvoeiro). At the small roundabout - bear right (sign posted Sesmarias - Ferragudo). At the next roundabout take the 2nd exit (straight on) towards the water tower up the hill. Go through the village of Sesmarias you will find “Presa de Moura” on your left and at the next small roundabout take the second exit, Quinta da Boa Nova is signed. Take the first right and follow the road to the Boa Nova car park. The Reception Office is near by. The journey from Faro airport should take no more than 45 minutes.
