Come relax and enjoy a spectacular view from this 8th floor ocean front property. 2 Bedroom, 2 Full bath, Maid quarters with 1/2 bath and roll away cot. Fully equipped kitchen. Maid can cook, clean and wash daily for about $10 dollars US or take a 3 minute taxi ride to the old city and enjoy fabulous restaurants, shopping and nightlife.

New building in prestigious Boca Grande. American owned with American luxuries.(Hot water, wifi, CNN and Fox news.) Step outside the building to the beach. Have a beer brought to you at the snap of your fingers or get a muscle melting massage for about $15 US.

The crown jewel along the coast is Cartagena, a colonial city with a beauty and romance unrivaled anywhere else in the country.Cartagena is a large city on the Caribbean coast of Colombia. It is the most visited city in Colombia by tourists and because of this has a great infrastructure with many hotels and hostels to stay at, some good historic sites and plenty to see and do. In the Boca Grande area of Cartagena you can find many high end restaurants and a couple mid level eateries. If you want cheap eats you should head to the Getsmani area of Cartagena (during the day) or to the restaurants near the old city. Inside the old city you can find all manner of food.
There is plenty of nightlife options for you to choose from while at Cartagena. There are plenty of bars and clubs in the old city. One of the best areas to visit clubs is in the "Arsenal" area of the old city. Also, there is a party bus that you can take at night which has all you can drink rum and provides transport to and from a couple clubs in the area.

* Fly to Rafael Núñez International Airport - the distance from airport to property is about 8 miles, 10 minutes.
* Taxi available at the airport- rates are about $15-17 thousand Colombian Pesos.
* Local Buses and Taxis available at the either corner of the property, 24 hrs a day, 7 days a week.
* There is no need to rent a car since the Cartagena has great transportation available, but if you wish to , There is a Rent a Car Company near the property ( .25 mile from property).
