About the home

Totally remodeled villa, with 4 bedrooms decorated with great taste and in soft provencal tones., 2 bathrooms with shower and tub (one tub is a jacuzzi), 1500 sq. metre beautiful private garden, outiside kitchen with bar and outside covered dining room with panoramic view. Living room and inside dining room with fireplace. In winter, the closest ski resort is 35 minutes only and others 1h and 30 minutes away. Nearby there are hiking trails, small mountain rivers and close access to quaint medieval villages and only 25 minutes to the beaches of Nice.

Very comfortable house with tiles, wood beams on the ceiling and wall stones in the living room, gorgeous bathroom with stones walls and tiles, Tv in living room with some Int'l chanels and TV in master bedroom with only French chanels. Elegant and nicely decorated Master Bedroom "very cozy". Walking closet in the master bedroom and seating area. There are 4 bedrooms to sleep 8, but in living room there is a futon bed that can sleep two.

One Balcony in Front of the house to enjoy morning breakfeast with breathtaking views, Cover Veranda in front of the house, small private courtyard, nice outside kitchen with barbecue and cover patio near Island pool. All of them with panoramic view. Two cars car port inside property with private gate. Portable Fence around pool.

Heated swimming pool available during summer season only. Outside the living room through the sliding door is a terrace with a retractable cover awning, with table and chairs showing a breath taking view of the French & Italian Alpes to the sea. Great for romantic morning breakfeast.. Also there is a small patio with table and chairs if you prefer a more private setting. Laptop with Internet available "free access".

A well-behaved dog is allowed but you must pick up after him. Sorry, no cats or any other type of animals.
Strictly no smoking except on the balcony..
Refundable breakages deposit of a week rental required on arrival, to be refunded within two weeks of your departure (subject to satisfactory property inspection).
25% of rental fee due at reservation to secure booking and balance 2 weeks prior to arrival.

The Provence Alpes Cote d'Azur / Alpes-Maritimes region

French Riviera. Great holiday area close to nature. Located 500 metres in altitude. The House is 1Km7 from Carros Village (a medieval town). Riviera climat with a breeze in the afternoon in summer time. 5 kilometres from all the shops. House ten minutes away from freeway to go to Monaco (30 minutes away), Nice (20 minutes), Cannes (35 to 40 minutes). The Villa is isolated in a residencial area so a car would be necessary.

20 minutes from the closest beach
10 minutes from big shopping centre "Carrefour".
In winter, 35 minutes from the closest sky area and 1 h15 minutes from the sky resort "Isola 2000"..
