Whole security property with double entrance gates, The Lou Gourg villa benefits from a large and nice landscaped private fenced garden with olive, palm trees, mediterranean shrubs, lawn, as all our apart-villas. Leading from the living room is a spacious terrace, furnished with wrought iron table and chairs to enable you to dine al fresco. With two twin (can be joined as a king size beds) bedrooms, the villa is ideal for families, with plenty in the surrounding area to see and do during your stay. 4 stars 2008 comfort classification.

For older : plenty of museums (St Paul de Vence, Picasso in Antibes), glasses artists in Biot, Vallauris, high gastronomy with Mougins, Monaco.

Our exceptional laguna-pool measuring 20 m x 13 m, among the magnificent greenery of a palm and bamboo grove with a luxurious pool-house with jacuzzi in mosaique, sauna, hammam.
