"Maeve O'Shae holiday apartment"

The setting of the apartment was very attractive, however contact with the owner very difficult. It took us 2 hours to get into the apartment upon our arrival as the owner had given us the wrong phone … More

All contact details coorect as on website and email was send to guest in advance of arrival outlining key collection details The key was in the mailbox for collection. All crockery and cutlery goes through dishwasher in apt.I regret that handle on door was broken it had just happened and we were unable to find a maintenance on time.It is my policy to leave fridge and hot water off and can be turned on arrival as in Ireland this would be the common practice however I will take this on board and will review this in the future.Im very sorry that the guests had a negative experience I do wish that they had spoken to me about these issues I certainly would have made a effort to in some way compensate them.Iam glad they found the area in general pleasant .I have only started letting my property on this website and I will certainly act on the recommandations
