The Scottish Highlands region
The Cairngorm National Park is a special area with some of the highest mountains and exciting rivers in the UK. The renowned ski areas are only 20 minutes away and the whole area has a huge number of choices to entertain you during your holiday. Carrbridge is well placed to explore other areas to the north and west.
Carrbridge is a vibrant village and the local pub with real ales good food and log fire is in the Cairn Hotel. The picturesque bridge and riverside walk are a key feature and the World Porridge Championships and Carve Carrbridge are annual international events run by local volunteers. The Landmark Adventure Park, local Golf and bowling clubs and equestrian facilities mean you can leave the car behind.
