"Great place, great location"
This house is newly fixed up, so is clean, has all new furniture. Decorated very classy and it fits with the beautiful nature. John was always fast and prompt in answering emails. There was a great guide in the house answering all of the questions one might have. It was a perfect place to explore northern scotland from, visit distilleries, an adventure park for the kids, see castles, walk, take gorgeous drives.
Many thanks for the review. Really glad you enjoyed your stay. We're still getting lots of rain but also taking lots of people White Water rafting so all good.

"Lovely home in great location"
River Lodge is in a great location. We biked and ran from the house, 2 good pubs in Carrbridge that are easily walked to that both did good food, near the river and all that Speyside can offer.
The house had been newly done up and was lovely. Comfortable beds, wood burning stove - really nice.
It was brand new on the letting market so there were a few things missing (some kitchen utensils, dryer, etc ) but I believe these things are being sorted out.
Thanks for thre review and the list of items for the kitchen and so on. All those items are now in the house.
