"Most wonderful time!"
Staying at the coach house was an amazing experience. Sarah and Peter made us feel so confortable and welcome! Being just transfered to Australia, The Coach House was our first home away from home and we are glad we chose it! Words are not enough to thank all the support given! Our little daughter felt so good as well running around after the chickens and Fraser! We will definitely recommend to anyone looking for accommodation around Perth!
We like to welcome guests from all over the globe. You were a delightful family and we thank you for your help in locating our rainwater tank into its position!

"The Coach House"
We stayed at the Coach House for nearly a month , extremely friendly greeting from Sarah and Frazer , everything you have at home ,is provided for at the Coach House , ie ,Fridge Freezer , washing machine , television ,, privacy , never lonely due to our daily visitors ,ha ha ,Frazer and the chucks . Car is a must ,as it is a fair way to walk to the local amenities , no wifi but was being addressed whilst we were there. We will be staying there again in the future. Many thanks Sarah & Peter .
You are never alone on the property with the menagerie of animals. They always make you welcome. Due to the proximity of the property to main services the addition of WI FI is being sought. We are glad you enjoyed your stay.

"First home in OZ"
The Coach House was our first home in Australia, where we stayed for just over three months. The setting was lovely, it felt like we were in the bush when in reality we were just minutes from civilisation, the city of Joondalup and all major transport routes. The location felt very secure due to the entry gates; and it is in a very quiet and picturesque neighbourhood. Sarah the owner was very helpful, offering lots of advice and even gave us a reference for a first rental home, as well as follow-up telephone reference. She always took the time to chat, but also gave us plenty of personal space; in fact we felt more like neighbours then paying customers. There was a very useful visitor guide provided, which had instructions for the various appliances; ideas for trips out; local information; as well as maps, showing the location of the nearest shops and takeaways. Frasier the dog was very friendly and always greeted us when we got home and would visit us in the mornings and sit with us outside. The chickens were also entertaining, their appetite seemed to have no limits, they even ate wasabi peas that were accidentally dropped! However the cat, kept her distance but she perhaps sensed that we were dog people, but could sometimes be spotted snoozing in the shade. We would recommend going to Hogs Breath for dinner in Joondalup, which was great value for a big a hearty steak and right next door to the cinema and the English pub. As well as Leap Frogs, which is just down the road from the Coach House and is surrounding by a beautiful illuminated botanical garden, and had great stone oven pizzas.
The animals enjoy having the company too! We wish you well in your new life and hope if you are passing you will pop in to say hello.

"I was so happy and contented here - my first home in Perth :)"
What a lovely cottage - with privacy, as well as friendly help if needed. If I had the opportunity, I'd have stayed much longer!
Our aim is to make your stay as comfortable as possible by providing the little extras.

We immigrated from the UK to Perth and the Coach House was our fist home in Australia. The Coach House introduced us to the lovely bird life of WA and provided us with a fantastic peaceful home while we sorted out our new life in Perth. I would highly recommend the Coach House for anybody looking for a tranquil break, while still wanting the excitement of being close to the city. Currambine train station is a short drive away, while Carramar golf course is walking distance from the Coach House, where you can enjoy a great round of golf while checking out the local wild life (Kangaroos and the most amazing selection of birds!). Thanks for a great stay!! And such a great welcome to Australia!!
We enjoy new migrants and are more than happy to help them settle to their new life in Perth.

"Tranquil retreat but not too far away from places"
A great location, peaceful but still close to train station. Only 12 minutes to Burns Beach. Shops not too far away (great fish and chips). We walked regularly around the nearby roads and encountered lots of cockatoos, galahs and the odd kangaroo. The chickens are interesting, Fraser the dog is lovely. We found the actual accommodation just fine for the two of us, comfortable bed, everything you needed in the kitchen, etc. All in all, we had a great stay.
We believe in providing the little extra things that other accommodation doesn't.
