The Old Schoolhouse is a traditional yet stylish property close to the beach and golf courses of Angus, Tayside, Fife and beyond. It is fitted out to a high standard by its textile and Artist owners. The house has good access to many different areas of activities: walking, skiing,beach,golf and just simply relaxing. While it is close to the local town of Carnoustie, it is set in its own peaceful surroundings and affords views over the surrounding fields; great for bird watching and wild life. The property has gas central heating and a multi fuel stove in the lounge for those cold winter evenings. The grounds are private and mostly laid to lawn with decked areas for entertaining around the cottage. There is a barbecue and ample parking with disabled access. The accessible yet peaceful location makes it a great base for visiting other parts of Scotland too. The country Parks of Crombie, Monikie and Clatto, where sailing, walking and many children's activities are also a short drive away. The walking of the Angus Glens, The Cairngorms and the Fife Coastal path as well as the hills of Perthshire are all within easy access to the property.
