Luxurious and spacious lodge with state of the art 7 seater hydrotherapy hot tub with 64 high pressure jets and mood lighting on the expansive decking. With extensive windows around the main living area the lodge offers panoramic views of the lake and surrounding hills. Patio doors lead from the lounge directly onto the large private decked area with patio furnitue and gas bbq.
This lodge is one of the largest available to buy on the market offering large spacious rooms. Everything possible is provided for you for a relaxing and enjoyable holiday. With all the latest appliances we have made this lodge into a real home from home. New for summer 2008 with a modern contempary design offering a light and spacious living area. Both our lodges are located next to each other offering family and friends to be close to each other. The village boast indoor heated pool, gym,steam room, health & beauty suites, bar & restaurant.

The Cumbria/Lake District
What can you say about the Lake District that people don't already know. This is one of the most beautiful places in England with great scenery and many attractions to visit. Visit Wastwater voted Britain's favourite view, take a boat ride on Lake Windermere or take a ride on the Haverthwaite to Lakeside steam train traversing through the hills.
For the more energetic there are fabulous walks for example in Grizedale forest and a large variety of water sports. With some fantastic castles including Muncaster and large stately homes such as Levens Hall to visit you could come back to the lakes year after year and discover something new.

Carnforth area
Lakeland Leisure Village boasts fantastic facilities with a converted grade II listed barn which has been fully restored and now is an award winning restaurant offering bar snacks and evening meals with a well stocked bar serving quality beers, wines and authentic italian coffees.
The brand new extension to the barn houses Pure Leisure with a large indoor heated pool, steam room, gym, fitness suites or those of you looking for total relaxation there are beauty therapy suites offering various massages using the latest Decleor products.
Outside to the rear of the barn you will find an expansive terraced area overlooking the lake and the sandy cove a fantastic place to enjoy a meal or drink. Guests have full use of the lake where you can use non motorised boats or you can fish in the well stocked lake. The village has been awarded a 5 star English Tourist Board award and also a David Bellamy silver conservation award.
How to get there
For those people looking to arrive by train the nearest station is Carnforth and then Lakeland leisure village is only a short taxi ride away.
The nearest airport is Blackpool and with proposed plans to extend Carlisle airport this will give people a further option for U.K , Eire & Europe destinations.
Lakeland leisure village is situated 5 minutes from junction 35 of the M6 motorway. Heading north on the M6 take 1st exit left at the top of the slip road follow the road till the next roundabout and turn right onto A6. At next roundabout take 3rd exit signposted Capernwray and immediatley turn right into Lakeland leisure village. Heading south on the M6 take the 3rd exit on the roundabout signposted Carnforth and follow road till the next roundabout then turn right onto the A6. At next roundabout take 3rd exit signposted Capernwray and immediately turn right into Lakeland leisure village.

Further details indoors: The lodge has a large open plan lounge/dining area and kitchen. The living room has contempory furnishings and fittings with 2 large cream sofas, wallmounted LCD TV and dvd player. There is a large dining table with 6 chairs.
To the rear of the lodge there are three good size bedrooms. The master bedroom has a double bed, wardrobes LCD Tv and a luxury en-suite, The second bedroom has 2 x 3ft single beds, wardrobes, dressing table and LCD Tv. The 3rd bedroom also has 2 x 3ft single beds, wardrobe and LCD Tv. The family bathroom has a full size bath with shower. The lodge is fully central heated and double glazed.
The kitchen has a vast array of cupboards all with soft closing doors and drawers, with all the latest built in appliances (dishwasher, microwave range oven and fridge/freezer). There is also a separate utility room with washing machine, iron and ironing board.
Further details outdoors: Outside the lodge there is a parking area for 2 cars. A large wrap around decking with patio furniture and gas bbq. The fantastic state of the art hot tub is sunk into the decking for easy access. The lodge is surrounded by lawned areas and a view to the lake. The site is very secure having a key card system to enter and exit the village. Very few cars drive around the area so children are free to play safely.

There are 6 FREE leisure passes to use at Pure leisure for our guests. Normal price is £7 per day per person and can be used anytime of the day and as many times as you like per day and for the length of your stay
Included with every booking is a meet and greet service where you will be met personally and all the details of the lodge will be explained to you.
