The private lake is suitable for fishing, kayaking, wind surfing or sailing (using your own equipment). The lodge benefits from private balcony overlooking lake. The cabin is located just 50 yards from small beach area, large playing field, leisure facilities, beauty suite and restaurant.
With a variety of numerous activities in the local area, the lodge is ideally located for those wishing to explore the surrounding countryside and activities or just relax and recharge, with onsite facilities such as Leisure Centre, Waters Edge Bar and Restaurant and beauty treatments theres something for everyone.

The lodge consists of two double bedrooms, master double bedroom benefits from spacious en-suite shower, washbasin and toilet. One twin bedroom and a separate spacious family bathroom which has a shower attachment, bath, washbasin and toilet. An open-plan living area with a corner sofa and two seater means ample space for all, separate dining area and a self contained kitchen with all the equipment you will need during your stay...
A spacious lounge features panoramic views from floor to ceiling of the picturesque lake and surrounding hills. The lounge area contains a feature fire place with flat screen LCD TV complete with free-view, a DVD and CD player. Selection of board games available. The open plan dining area comfortably seats six.
Fully fitted kitchen with integral appliances: Full size Fridge Freezer, Dishwasher, Microwave, Electric Oven, Gas Hob. The kitchen is fully equipped with cutlery, dishes, pans and utensils. Laundry facilities are located on site. The hallway leads to the bedrooms and bathroom and has a storage closest for outdoor shoes and coats. Elegant double bedroom with leather bed, fitted wardrobes, en suite bathroom and flat screen LCD TV with Freeview and DVD. Second double bedroom has large double wardrobe and chest of draws, Twin bedroom with floor to ceiling wardrobe, chest of draws and bedside table.

A deposit of £100 will secure your booking with the balance due 4 weeks prior to stay. A refundable security deposit of £100 is required to cover breakages and / or non-return of keys. To be refunded within 7 days of your departure (subject to satisfactory property inspection).
The lodge will be available from 3p.m. on the day of your arrival and should be departed by 11 a.m. on the date of departure.
Conditions
This is a no smoking lodge and we advertise the property as a striclty pet free accommodation, for the reasurance of returning and future guests we apologise but we do not accept pets no matter how well behaved or small.
A travel cot and highchair attachment for dinning chair is available at no additional charge (Guests are asked to provide own linen for the travel cot).

We all had a great weekend at this lodge, as described home from home. On site facilities were excellent, pool was lovely, restaurant good food. Everything in the lodge we required, kids made good use of the games. |

Although the weather was cold during our stay, the lodge was very warm and cosy. The property was very clean and well equipped. It was an added bonus to find supplies of the essentials already in the property. My security deposit was returned within 4 days of returning home. Hope to stay there again in the future. |
