This was the farm house and comprises of five double en suite bedrooms, a large integral kitchen and living room is supplemented by a sitting room and conservatory. The sitting room has a convertable double settee and is serviced by a shower room in the hallway. Central heating is provided under the floor, A patio and BBQ is siuated off the conservatory. There is ample parking.

Llansteffan Bathing Sea bathing is recommend for only about an hour before and after high water. Bathing in the Three Rivers swimming pool is excellent during all opening times.

Boating The Ferryside based yacht club is active and accepts holiday membership. It has a slipway, changing, storage and bar facilities. The club and railway station is just 1/2 mile from the hotel.
Fishing The estuary is a Bass protection zone. Carmarthen bay is well recognised as one of the most productive areas for summer sea fish species especially Sea Bass. The hotel is a haunt for sea-anglers and a wealth of knowledge can be gained from the staff and guests.
Walking There are a number of designated walks in the area and are mapped and listed in a Carmarthenshire walks leaflet. The hotel organises feature walks around the area.
Cycling Ferryside is on the Celtic cycle trail. The hotel has a designated cyclists facility. Being just 1/2 mile from the railway station, the hotel makes an ideal "train and cycle" centre.
Bird Watching Ferryside is at the centre of about ten square miles of tidal estuary and common marshland. The diversity of bird life can be viewed easily from the cliff roads or paths. The more dedicated would probably hide in the marshes. Ferryside is the ideal centre for touring South West Wales from Swansea and the Gower in the east to Tenby and the Pembrokeshire beaches in the west. Check in after 2:00pm and check out before 11 am at the Three Rivers Hotel reception. The rates include bed linen with duvets Heating and electricity, all fitted or portable household equipment, and use of the facilities at Three Rivers Hotel.
Cottages are cleaned and serviced only prior to a letting period of one week or less. Reservations are made on receipt of a non-returnable deposit of 10%. The non returnable balance to the full cost must be recieved at least one month prior to the first day of the stay. Guests are advised to take insurance against cancellation.
Daily stays are treated as Hotel geusts and subject to the same conditions.
In the unlikely event of the property owner having to cancel a confrimed resevation due to circumstances beyond thier control. All fees will be returned and without predjudice other dates offered at a 50% reduction.
One well behaved pet per cottage is welcome, accommodated on its own bed, rug, cage. Pet Charge £15 per stay.
