Fuel, power and starter pack for open fire inc. in rent. Bed linen inc. in rent. Cot and highchair on request. Off road parking for 3 cars. Large enclosed lawned garden with pond and patio with garden furniture and BBQ. Sorry no pets and no smoking. Shop and pub 1.5 miles. Note: Fenced pond at bottom of garden; children to be supervised at all times.
The West Wales / Pembrokeshire / Ceredigion region
Famous for its choirs, stunning mountain ranges and beautiful valleys, this wonderful country has something for everyone. Snowdonia National Park, situated in North Wales, boasts breathtaking mountain scenery, crystal clear lakes and cascading waterfalls. Climb Snowdon, which at 1085m is Wales’ highest mountain, or travel to the summit in style on the charming Mountain Railway. Alternatively, why not sample the beautiful green valley of Llangollen by steam train or from a leisurely horse-drawn canal boat. In July, the annual Llangollen Eisteddfod transforms the town into a unique centre of international music and dance, attracting musicians and singers from across the globe.You could also explore the beautiful coastline, safe sandy beaches and watersports of the Lleyn Peninsula, as well as Colwyn Bay, historic Conwy, Victorian Llandudno or the Isle of Anglesey on the north coast. To the south, there’s the lovely Brecon Beacons National Park, a haven of rugged moorland, forests and mountains that’s just perfect for nature lovers and walkers. Finally, the Pembrokeshire Coast National Park is renowned for its wildlife, stunning coastal scenery, superb beaches and as the home of Britain’s smallest city, the City of St David’s.
The Cardigan / Blaenporth area
Set within easy reach of the sandy beach at Aberporth – just two miles away – is the small, scattered village of Blaenporth. Situated amidst pretty Welsh countryside, this charming hamlet is well placed for access to other popular spots along the beautiful coastline such as Llangrannog, New Quay and Aberaeron. All of these charming towns provide a variety of water sports facilities and the chance to spot the resident dolphins. Just six miles away is the lovely market town of Cardigan which offers a variety of shops, tea rooms, pubs and restaurants, as well as the Cardigan Island Coastal Farm Park. Cilgerran is also within easy reach and boasts a splendid castle, whilst Cenarth provides visitors with the chance to see traditional Welsh fishing on the local waterfalls in coracle boats. For those looking to explore the rivers in open canoes, the Teifi Marshes Nature Reserve offers the perfect opportunity, whilst the Felinwynt Rainforest Centre is a wonderful day out to see exotic butterflies and plants.

,The owners were so welcoming and the small farm was perfect for our family holiday. Our little boy got to be outside helping to get the geese in and watch the calves being fed. It was one of the most relaxing places I've ever stayed. The area has so much for all ages. We didn't want to leave. Will recommend to all our friends.

Winter Short Breaks (WSB) are available at many properties in the "Winter" period - subject to availability. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental.
Off Season Breaks (OSB) are available at many properties in parts of the "Low" and "Mid" periods - subject to availability. The price for a 3 night break is either 75% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. OSBs can be booked within a calendar month of the start date of the holiday.
"Last Minute Breaks" (LMB) are available at most properties throughout the "LOW", "MID", "HIGH", "PEAK", "XMAS" and "NEW YEAR" periods. The price for a 3 night break is either 65% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. LMBs can be booked within one week of the start date of the holiday.
