Gorslwyd would like to offer you this travellers prayer...

“The Stranger within our gates”

Because Gorslwyd is a human institution to serve people, and not solely a for profit organization. We strive to ensure you will experience peace and rest while you are here.

May your cottage and the space be your “second” home. May those you love be near you in thoughts and dreams. Even though we may not get to know you, we hope that you will be comfortable and happy as if you were in your own house.

May the business that brought you our way prosper. May every call you make and every message you receive add to your joy. When you leave, may your journey be safe.

We are all travellers. From “birth till death” we travel between the eternities. May these days be pleasant for you, profitable for society, helpful for those you meet, and a joy to those who know and love you best.

Now for the details ...Gorslwyd is a superb relaxation space with a main farmhouse and a total of 8 cottages , it also includes a woodland pond walk , secret garden , meditation garden next to a stream , games cabin, summerhouse, chapel , ponds and paddocks , yet easy access to the local, very different beaches of Aberporth ,Tresaith ,Penbryn Llangranog , and the Pembrokeshire coast.

You have a choice of 2 or 3 bedroom cottages , 21 bedrooms in total most on one level with kitchens , bathrooms, lounges, freeview tv/dvd and free wifi it really is a great place to relax.

Our animals include , cats , chickens , ducks and alpacas. Two of our cottages now have velux windows which mean you can star-gaze from your sofa .

Just recently we have achieved our green tourism silver award and we are constantly working towards decreasing our carbon footprint, your holiday needn't cost the earth !

We loved the area so much we moved here , but don't take our word for it , come and see for yourself!

Cardigan

Explore the Natural Beauty of Cardigan and Teifi Valley

Cardigan is surrounded by sea and landscapes of great beauty and outstanding environmental quality. The town is centrally placed to enjoy the fabulous Heritage Coast line of Cardigan Bay stretching north into Ceredigion and south into Pembrokeshire.

Here there are miles of tranquil, unspoilt coastline with secluded sandy coves, award winning accessible beaches, towering cliffs garlanded with flowers in early summer, and islands set like jewels in clear waters where dolphins, porpoises and seals abound.

Inland the stunning landscape of the deeply wooded Teifi Valley is home to an abundance of wildlife including otters and is an anglers paradise, ranked as the best sea trout river in Europe.
