The property is set in a quiet, leafy cul-de-sac just off the Taff Trail. It is well laid out with comfortabe, modern furnishings.
The main bedroom has double bed with luxurious, pocket-sprung mattress, made up with fresh bed linen. The second bedroom has full size bunk beds and, if required, a portable single cube bed.
The bathroom is beautifully finished in polished porcelain; it has a huge walk in rainforest shower, hand basin with LED mirror and wc. Towels can be provided if requested.
The kitchen is fully fitted and has an electric oven with gas hob, microwave, kettle, toaster, built in fridge/freezer, washing machine, dining table/chairs. Help yourself to tea, coffee and condiments. There is a dining table, outdoor patio with bistro table and chairs. You will also an iron and ironing board as well as a hairdryer
The house is in an excellent position for exploring Cardiff and the surrounding area. Its location gives easy access to the M4 mortorway as well as the fantastic city centre with its castle, museums, Millennium Stadium, and Cardiff Bay and the Millennium Centre. It is also well placed for heading away from the city, to explore the Brecon Beacons, Vale of Glamorgan or the stunning Gower Peninsula.

The South Wales region
Cardiff is a bustling cosmopolitan city with many famous events taking place. It is a fascinating place to visit, with its castle, museums, sporting events and Cardiff Bay. It is close to the Brecon Beacons, Glamorgan Heritage Trail and the Gower Peninsula.
The house is set in a very quiet neighbourhood yet is close to many amenities. Llandaff North is around the corner, with its cafes, convenience stores and railway station.
Whitchurch village is also fairly close. This is a bustling village with a range of shops, restaurants, wine bars, butchers shop, cafes, pubs. In fact, you will probably find everything you would need for your stay.
The house is very close to the Taff Trail and is within five minutes walk of Hailey Park and not far from Llandaff village with its famous cathedral, as well as BBC Wales. Llandaf rail station is around the corner and has trains running direct into the city centre every few minutes. There is ample free parking at the station if you don't want to drive into the city.
