"Large, clean, modern & well furnished apartment"

Highly recommended, 2 bed flat close to Cardiff and the bay. We stayed here to watch Wales beat SA for the first time since 1999 at the Millennium Stadium!Great apartment that 2 couples shared. Plenty… More

We (husband, two children 10 and 12 and myself) stayed here when we went to the Rugby. It is a beautifully appointed apartment with lovely views of the canal and ideally situated in Cardiff Bay. Walking distance to two pubs and the number 7 bus stops right out the front and will have you in town in half an hour.
The apartment has all you could ask for in a short or longer term stay. Our daughter wanted to move in permanently and our son loved playing on the PlayStation 3. I loved walking on the lovely thick carpets in bare feet and would have loved more time to curl up on the coach with the luxurious cushions and blankets and read my book
Jan, the owner was very helpful with information on transport and places to eat which as it was our first visit to Cardiff and at short notice, was much appreciated.
We would have no hesitation in staying there next time.

"Beautiful Apartment, Spotless and Great Location"

The apartment was fantastic. Everything was very modern and spotlessly clean. Lots of room in the open plan living / dining room. Beds soft and comfortable. Owner was extremely helpful and told us about local attractions, takeaways and restaurants.

Plenty of towels provided and a wonderful on-suit shower.

Would whole-heartedly recommend as we had a wonderful time.

Security deposit returned quickly and we had no problems.

The location was also excellent with plenty of shops nearby and not far from the centre.

"Great apartment in a fantastic location."

Great facilities in the apartment. Lots of little thoughtful touches which made our stay enjoyable.
Easy access by bus and water bus into Cardiff.
Very friendly local residents who happily chatted to us and our 6 year old daughter.

"top class apartment"

From the moment you walk in you know what a beautiful apartment this is. Location is just right. Bus stop outside the gates. Cogan train station is a short walk over the footbridge. Also Tesco, toby carvery and the oystercatcher hungry horse. Fantastic views over the river from the balcony. Everything you need is provided. Plenty of coat hangers for your clothes. The master bedroom is spacious with an en-suite bathroom. Separate bathroom for the other double room. Carpets are of great quality.Beautiful wood flooring in the lounge. Nice sized kitchen. Lovely relaxed atmosphere. Virgin tv on a 51" tv and dvd player and sony playstation. Plenty of room for 4 people. Retail park close by and morissons, aldi and asda. Would deffinately go back again. Cardiff is a about 10 minutes by car, 15 minutes on bus. Well worth visiting, its a big city so plenty of shopping and things to do.

"Fab stay for a rugby w/e with friends"

Having traveled to Cardiff in the most dreary wet weather just imagine how comforted we were when the parking space was in front of the entrance. On entering the apartment we found it all we could have wish for. The equipment was fantastic, every detail thought through to make life easy. The beds and bedding clean and inviting, plenty of quality towels, lashings of hot water and a spacious balcony. The view ignoring the road bridge was lovely too. The buses were frequent, we didn't try the train or the water bus but would do next time. Everything was convenient, supermarkets in abundance and takeaways that deliver. Would i stay again....of course, no question about it.

"Five stars"

What a wonderful place to stay. Jan was very helpful and easily available for any questions. This was our first stay in the Cardiff area and I couldn't have picked a better place to spend our week. Lots of helpful info in the apartment and very accessible with our car Plenty of open space, great view, close to shops and walking, biking areas. We couldn't have asked for more. Great having the chance to do laundry.

"A delightful stay in an excellently appointed apartment"

Many apartments advertise that they contain everything; this one did and all of it was top quality.
It took a bit of finding, the GPS had us arriving on a bridge, the apartment was below us on the riverside but this was not a problem.
The stunning view over the river with boats moored provide a picturesque scene of peacefulness and tranquility and although there is a railway line on the opposite bank and a road bridge nearby they do not have a detracting influence.
The owner is most helpful and provided masses of information about the area and it is a good idea to follow this regarding restaurant reservations.
We waked over the harbour barrier to Mermaid Quay and this is superb (details supplied). The City Centre was also attractive especially around the City Hall and the nearby street, 'The Hayes' with its shopping, pavement cafes and pubs.
We enjoyed our stay in the Cardiff area.

Thank you for your comments, I am delighted that you found everything was top quality and that you had a great stay. Thankyou for pointing out and making me aware that the SatNav takes you to the nearby bridge. I was unaware you were arriving by car and would have happily given you more precise directions (as mentioned in my 'final payment' email to you) if I had known. Thanks for the text saying the apartment condition was superb - I hope to welcome you again next time you visit Cardiff.
