Une épicerie avec restauration ouvrira au printemps dans le village.

Ancienne poterie du 19ème siècle, rénovée avec goût, qui allie charme, confort et grands espaces. La grande terrasse extérieure offre une vue magnifique sur la montagne de l'Alaric à gauche et les Pyrénées et la cité de Carcassonne à droite et vous permettra de prendre vos petits déjeuners et repas ou de vous détendre (transats mis à disposition) après une journée à découvrir le riche patrimoine historique et les sites naturels.

La literie est récente (lits 140 et 160), les 2 salles de bains sont très bien équipées, avec chacune cabine de douche et une avec baignoire.

La maison est située au coeur d'un petit village très calme, à 5mn à pied du canal du midi et à 3 km de la zone commerciale du Pont Rouge avec supermarchés (Carrefour) , banques, cinéma, restaurants, etc...

Sa situation centrale donne accès à toutes les richesses de l'Aude : Cité médiévale de Carcassonne à 6 km, châteaux cathares, canal du midi (promenades en bateaux), abbayes médiévales, villages atypiques, Gouffre, montagne noire, Pyrénées... sans oublier sa gastronomie et son vignoble.

Vous disposez d'un Poêle à bois tournant (bois fourni) pour les plus frileux, en cas de soirée fraîche, et d'un congélateur à tiroirs pour les délicieuses glaces de "La Belle Aude", spécialité régionale.

Un garage pour voiture, remorque, planche à voile, moto... et 2 VTT sont mis à votre disposition.

Nombreuses activités : chemins de randonnées, spéléologie, baignades au lac arboré de Cavayère (à 10km) avec 2 plages surveillées dans un complexe de loisirs en milieu naturel qui s’étend sur plus de 40 hectares.

Accès à la mer (GRUISSAN, NARBONNE) en 45mn.

Maison idéale pour se retrouver en famille ou entre amis où chacun trouvera son espace et pourra vivre à son rythme. 3 chambres fermées, climatisées, et une mezzanine avec un canapé lit de 2 places réservé à des enfants ou ados car sans porte. La climatisation est fort appréciée après une journée estivale passée au bord de la mer ou à visiter les châteaux cathares.

    How do damage deposits work?

    In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

    Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.

    You can request to change the dates or number of people on your booking via the Manage your holiday booking page. To change your holiday dates use the Edit booking button. If you need to change the number of guests staying then send ROTH (the owner) a message.

    If ROTH (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
