"Not what we expected from the description"
The owners' description implies that the outdoor space is 'private', this is not the case. You need to be comfortable with being in close proximity to the owners who live in the adjoin… More
We are sorry you didn't find your holiday as you expected. That particular week we had family over from UK, three adults who were very quiet and careful not to get in the way. We have 4 garden areas and most were not being used because the weather wasn't that good. We have customers who have been back year after year and love Honeysuckle Cottage and all we have here. That to us says we are getting it right. On holiday lettings we don't say we have a balcony as we haven't got one. I don't know why Trip Advisor says we have. i will look into that. You have obviously not been in a small cottage as ours is big by comparison. When the sun shines it is bright but I think the lack of sun on your holiday really messed your time here up. We cannot guarantee the weather unfortunately but normally the weather in June is very good.
