House of 90 square meters, Two Gulfs area, approximately 10 minutes walk from the Piazzetta of Capri.

The House consists of a living-dining room, two bedrooms, one with double bed, the other with three single beds, one truck, two bathrooms with toilet, bidet and shower, and a fully equipped kitchen but not habitable.

There is a large terrace on the seafront of Marina Piccola and Castiglione; the terrace is livable, furnished with table and tiled Wicker sofas.

The House is located in a quiet, relatively far from worldly chaos of the Centre; the square is easily accessible on foot (walking about 10 minutes in).

Locals are fresh (no air conditioning), luminous, decorated in marine style.

Within walking distance there are bus stops that lead in various directions (Marina Piccola, Marina Grande and Anacapri).

The House is easily reachable on foot from the piazzetta (Two Bays) which is accessed through the Marina Grande funicular or bus from Marina Grande area leads directly to Two Bays. Then in the direction of Marina Piccola, take a small road on the right (Via Torina) and percorono about 20 metres with any step until you reach the civic House Paratina 13.

There is a nearby supermarket that provides in-home service. There are also numerous shops (butcher, deli, pasta, fish, Bar). The sea can be reached on foot along the beautiful promenade of via Mulo, through lush flora Capri avenues; you get to the Saracen Tower, or along a few more kilometres you reach the Marina Piccola.

One of the best restaurants and also economically more accessible, Verginiello, is located about 50 metres; Here you can enjoy excellent dishes, fish and Capri a good Neapolitan pizza.

Callahan hospital is nearby.
