Bilocale (2 - 4 posti letto) al primo piano, composto da soggiorno con angolo cottura e divano letto matrimoniale, camera da letto matrimoniale, bagno e delizioso balconcino.

Ideale anche per coppie di amici.

Ogni coppia può conservare la propria privacy perché tra la camera matrimoniale ed il soggiorno dove c'è il divano letto matrimoniale c'è un disimpegno con due porte a dividere le stanze e quindi è come se fossero due camere matrimoniali.

A Capoliveri, una delle perle dell'Isola d'Elba, apre le sue porte Chez Nous, a pochi passi, 200 metri (quattro minuti a piedi), dalle due piazze del pittoresco paese: quattro appartamenti nella storica residenza di famiglia restituita al suo fascino senza tempo, ognuno dei quali dotato di una forte e differente personalità, dove la bellezza, la raffinatezza ed il design contemporaneo sono uno stile di vita, per soddisfare le richieste del viaggiatore più esigente, in fuga dai ritmi frenetici della vita quotidiana, alla ricerca di lunghe giornate rilassanti, di spiagge dorate delimitate da eucalipti ed alberi della macchia mediterranea, di acque cristalline, di tramonti infuocati che si tuffano nel mare, di serate inebrianti e profumate, autentiche scene di vita quotidiana.

Un rifugio dove prendersi una pausa, dove fermarsi per ricaricarsi, dove rilassarsi per ritrovarsi.

Una filosofia incentrata sul significato dell’accoglienza, affinché, al momento del saluto, i nostri ospiti possano continuare a dire.... “ci siamo sentiti come a casa”....per accoglierli, di anno in anno, da noi…. “Chez Nous”, appunto.

    Why can't I call Chez (the owner) before booking?

    How do damage deposits work?

    In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

    Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.

    You can request to change the dates or number of people on your booking via the Manage your holiday booking page. To change your holiday dates use the Edit booking button. If you need to change the number of guests staying then send Chez (the owner) a message.

    If Chez (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
