Ninea is a semi-detached house of sixty square metres with two double bedrooms, a bathroom with shower and hairdryer, a living room with an open kitchen and a large covered terrace.facing the sea. The property sleeps a total of 5 in 2 bedrooms and 1 sofa bed, and is the perfect place for families looking for peace and quiet. The house is located in a residence with other ten large houses. Although this is a self-catering property, there is always the option of a three course menu with local dishes at Ninea's own restaurant. The bar next to the swimming pool is available for breakfast and drinks.
The Mediterranean scents and colours are all around due to the extensive olive orchard, the citric trees and the vegetable garden on the estate. The swimming pool is set in the very large garden is refreshing on warm days. For the little ones there also is a paddling pool. The style and furnishing of the apartment together with the shared swimming pool, bar and restaurant allow for a very comfortable and relaxing holiday. Not unimportantly, the most important sites of interest, the picturesque villages and the beach are within easy reach. For all of these reasons Ninea is the place to be for people of all ages, especially families.

Capo Vaticano Capo Vaticano is situated at the Tyrrhenian coast of Calabria. The coast is also named “Costa degli Dei” (coast of the Gods). Lonely, enchanted bays with fantastic sandy beaches are surrounded by steeply rising rocks. Some of the bays can only be reached by boat. Watch the sun set behind the volcano of Stromboli.
The views from Capo Vaticano over the sea are superb and on a clear day you will see the cone of Stromboli and the other Aeolian islands looming out of the horizon. The Italians love Capo Vaticano for its pretty beaches. There is plenty of activity during the summer months while it becomes a serene and peaceful place in the off season.
