All necessary facilities can be found in the small but vivid village of Santa Domenica (supermarkets,restaurants, farmacy, tabacco, post office, petrol station, etc) and the pittoresque Tropea is also only 6 km away.
"Villa Titanic" was finished in 2003 and is surrounded by a very beautiful and cultivated garden in Mediterranean style covering 1500 square meters. From the Villa you have a fantastic view of the Sea and the beach, that can be reached by foot (400 meters away). CAR RECOMMENDED!!

Further details indoors: The spacious and light-flooded 3-room apartment is located on the first floor of the Villa and has a separate entrance. Special emphasis is put on the nice and modern furniture of the apartment and the beautiful view on the Sea and the Eolian Islands.
The apartment is suited for up to 4 persons and contains a completely furnished kitchen-lounge, two bedrooms, a bathroom with toilet and shower and a big furnished balcony with seaview (Titanic-feeling).
Further details
The apartment can be rented for a minimum of 7 days. In July/August only from Saturday to Saturday. The indicated prices include the cost for water, electricity and gas. You only have to add the final cleaning at the end of your stay (Euro 40,-). When booking, you'll have to pay a deposit of 30% of the total price. The rest is to be paid on arrival.
