The spacious master bedroom has doors which open into the garden and enjoys a lovely view.
There is also a second double bedroom, the third bedroom has twin beds and the fourth bedroom is a family room with 1 set of bunk beds and also a double sofa-bed making it suitable for four people although 3 people would be more comfortable.
The good sized kitchen has all the modern facilities you would expect to find (range style cooker, microwave/grill, fridge/freezer, washing machine, dishwasher, iron and ironing board).
The luxury bathroom has twin basins, bath with shower and separate shower cubicle. There is also a separate shower room with toilet, basin and shower cubicle.
There is electric heating for winter months.
Outside:
The outside land a 600 square metre plot.
The pool is great fun for children to play in, and adults to swim and cool off in on those hot sunny days. Pool size 7.3m x 3.7m x 1.35m deep, available for use April to October. The pool is not heated.
The landscaped garden has been planted with many meditterranean plants, conifers and trees, and benefits from a lovely view across the vineyards towards the Pyrenees.
Parking available just outside the house or within garden.
It is also well equipped with tables, chairs, loungers, umbrellas, permanent BBQ and Gazebo.
Relax on the patio, enjoy a drink or a meal under the gazebo.

The Languedoc-Roussillon / Herault region
The villa is situated in the village of Capestang, 10 minutes walk from the centre, where you will find plenty of local amenities.
The Canal du Midi runs right through Capestang which is perfect for leisurely strolls or bike rides.
Beziers is a 20 minute drive away where you will find many large shops and supermarkets.
Narbonne is slightly smaller than Beziers and is about a 30 minute drive away.
For those who wish to venture a little further, the Spanish border, Andorra and the Pyrenees are within easy driving distance.

Montpellier Airport - 45mins drive
Carcassonne Airport - 50mins drive
Perpignan Airport - 40mins drive
Nimes Airport - 1.5hrs drive
Alternatively a leisurely drive across France with a nights stop-over can be another good way to reach this lovely area.
The Capestang area
Capestang: tourist office, 5 restaurants (some seasonal), large supermarket, mini-market, butchers, bakers, gift shop, newsagents, hair-dressers, estate agents and two banks with cash machines etc.
