The apartment has a spacious lounge, two double bedrooms with an inter-connecting bathroom and is decorated throughout to reflect the beauty of the scenic view to be enjoyed from this wonderful location.
The kitchen is fully equipped and there is a phone, fax, internet access, printer, TV, digital satellite TV if requested, DVD player, music system and speakers for an MP3 player.
Dine at the breakfast bar or seated at the table in front of the balcony drinking in the view. There are UK adaptors available, towels for the beach and binoculars for a closer view of the marine activity - schools of dolphins can regularly be seen playing in the surf ! :-)
Large cool box provided for picnics with ice bricks in the freezer.
A maid service can be arranged if required during your stay.

The apartment is in a very pleasant, secure and quiet complex with its own garden, pool and braai (Bar-B-Q) area. There are remote controlled security gates and a lock up garage in which to park your car, and the services of a laundry room and pool house.

50% deposit required when booking to secure rental, payment can be made with a credit card if you have a PayPal account. Welcome brochure provided on arrival with a bottle of chilled bubbly and some snacks to help you unwind after your journey. Initial supplies of tea, coffee, sugar and milk also provided.

The Western Cape region

Cape Town has a Mediterranean climate - hot, dry summers (but nearly always a refreshing cooling breeze!) and mild winters. The Western Cape has a wealth of things to offer, all within easy reach of Table View. There is the beautiful countryside of the Cape Winelands to visit and the spectacular Garden Route to explore, from endless glorious beaches to mountain passes, desert, forests and rivers.
Jump the highest bungee in the world at Storms River ( 7 second freefall!), go on safari and stroke a cheetah, drive to Cape Point and be teased by a baboon or take a trip up the West Coast and wallow in a tranquil lagoon. There are the penguins to visit at Boulders Beach and history to contemplate at Robben Island, the Western Cape has it all whatever your heart desires! :-)

The Cape Town area

Down town Cape Town is only a 15km drive away with its impressive Victoria & Alfred Waterfront, the lively Greenmarket Square and buzzing nightlife. There is now a modern bus system connecting Table View with the centre of Cape Town and the Waterfront. Camps Bay offers enchanting places for cocktails after the beach, and of course no visit is complete without a trip up Table Mountain or afternoon tea in the Kirstenbosch botanical gardens. For those who love shopping a trip to Century City and Canal Walk even beats the Waterfront shopping mall!
Close by at Table View there are numerous spots to enjoy sundowners, delightful places serving the most delicious food, the very modern and spacious Bayside shopping mall and a great Virgin Active sports centre, swimming pool and gym. For the real thrill-seekers Table View beach is a mecca for kite-surfing and other water sports and this is a perfect location for those who wish to enjoy the many golf courses in the Cape Town vicinity.

The drive to the apartment takes approximately 25 minutes from the airport and is very straight forward; full directions will be given on request. Car rental recommendations can be given, great savings to be had against renting a vehicle on arrival. The apartment is located in the Blauberg / Table View area which now has a modern and efficient dedicated bus service to the centre of town.

“Fantastic rental - highly recommend this rental” the flat is located in a great place, views from the flat to die for.... it was clean, comfortable, lovely decoration and the garage was a bonus. The owner even left a welcome pack of a bottle of bubbly (great when arriving on a Sunday as you cannot buy wine etc at supermarkets on a Sunday), fresh flowers, milk, coffee, tea etc. In the area the best place to eat with kids is Cafe Atlantico (400m away - pizza, pasta, wraps etc all at excellent prices). Though there was a 3G internet stick at the flat we tended to go to the internet cafe (Karma) also close by - R5 for 15mins (perfect for a quick catch-up of emails). the beach is 5mins walk away and great for strolling in the morning after breakfast. All in all I can highly recommend this rental (I originally come from CT and so know what to look for) The owner communicated everything in good time and sent me the keys in the post - all went smoothly!!!

“A home from home with fantastic views” We spent two weeks stay in the appartment as pasrt of our tour of Southern Africa and were delighted with it. It was a reall home from home ith everything we needed for our stay. The views from the appartment were the classic views of ztable Mountain. The owner, Jonathan, was great keeping in contact, sending us a range of instructions, having a local contact should we need one, we did not as the instruction were that detailed. The appartment is well equipped and was more like staying in somebodies home that a rented appatrment. When we arrived there was a welcome package so we could have a cuppa and a nice touch, which my wife liked, a bunch of flowers. All in all a great base for Cape Town with shops and a range of great restaurants close by.
