CROFTERS is situated on the Atlantic coast and has far reaching views to the ocean and surrounding mountains. Crofters is a thatched property with main house and adjacent cottage.
Visitors will be impressed by the generous open plan space and the high vaulted thatched roof with exposed beams as they enter the Villa. All the rooms give a feeling of space and quality furnishings such that a large party of up to 12 can enjoy themselves without guests feeling they are on top of one another.
The 4 en-suite bedrooms are well equipped and tastefully furnished, each offering splendid views over the ocean, lakes and surrounding mountains. The entertainment areas include a reading lounge, a TV lounge with large flat screen tv and bar and direct access to an open thatched ’sundowner’ deck, the ideal place to enjoy the views and watch the sun set on the ocean with your favourite drink in your hand.

The area overlooking the Atlantic Ocean is the place to be for fabulous sunsets i.e. facing west. Cape Town is only a 35 min drive away with it's many tourist hot spots.
Cape Town / Noordhoek area
Noordhoek is en-route to many tourist places such as the penguins at Boulders Beach, Cape Point, Simon's Town and Fish Hoek. It nessles under the mountain ranges with many walks in the Silvermine area.
Noordhoek has several eating houses to choose from, a large shopping mall, with supermarket is only 3 minutes away by car.
Surfing at Muizenberg beach (10 mins away), wine tasting at Constantia (20mins away), or a day's trip to Franschhoek (1hr) where you will find many vineyards with wine tasting and wonderful restaurants.
Noorhoek also has a top chef at The Food Barn, in Noorhoek Farm Village. There is also dining at other restaurants in the village, with some social evenings - jamming and BBQ's.
How to get there
Direct flights from the UK with BA, SAA and Virgin Discounted flights can be found with airlines via Europe at reduced cost The overnight flight with virtually no time change makes it an easy journey, with car hire from the airport, guests can find themselves in Noordhoek within 35 mins from leaving the airport. The most direct route is the motorway at the back of Table Mountain, towards Muizenberg All directions supplied.

Further details indoors: CROFTERS has a large, heated infinity pool and large deck area with enough loungers for 12 guests. There is a large kitchen, scullery, the main reception room is a beautiful room with vaulted ceiling, on either side of this room on the first floor is a bar/tv room leading out to a covered sun deck and on the other side an area for reading. Each bedroom is en-suite - beds can be zipped together to make up into 6' double or left apart to make up into 3' singles. Every rooms is well equipped with storage space, quality linen and hairdyers in every room. Both house and cottage have spacious living and dining areas.
Further details outdoors: The spacious terrace to the front overlook the pool, garden, sea view and mountain views. To the rear east facing breakfast terrace is beneath bourgainvillae and overlooks the rear garden There is a large flat area of lawn, where a marquee can be erected for functions such as large parties and weddings.
