This lovely pink, family-sized villa is sandwiched between the mountain and False Bay in the quaint fishing village of Kalk Bay. Down the road is Dalebrook Beach with its safe tidal pool and sandy beaches.
The villa has all the modern conveniences, boasts a splash pool and has a panoramic views from most rooms. There are four bedrooms, two bathrooms and a big eat-in kitchen leading onto a large terrace overlooking False Bay.
The sun room off the main bedroom also provides a spectacular view of the False Bay, stretching g from Simonstown to Gordon's Bay.

The Western Cape region
Situated on the picturesque Cape Peninsula in the Western Cape, Kalk Bay is only a short drive from the swimming and surfing beaches at Simonstown, Fish Hoek and Muizenberg on the one hand, and the vineyards and splendour of Constantia and golf courses at Steenberg on the other. It is a 40 minutes drive to the V&A Waterfront. Main shopping centres are within fifteen minutes from the villa.
Cape Town / Kalk Bay/St James area
Kalk Bay is a fishing village that also offers a variety of antique, art and bric-a-brac shops and boasts its own theatre. There are outstanding restaurants which, with excellent food and stunning positions near the harbour and sea, maintain the unique and special character of this historic village.
The five minute walk will take you to the harbour, giving you the opportunity to buy or catch your own fish, join a boat trio, or dine in restaurants with stunning sea views. There are three safe nature trails up the mountain slope to the limestone caves or walks along Boye's Drive.
How to get there
The house is 45 minutes drive from Cape Town International with the last 5km stretch along the Main Road being particularly pleasant as it winds along the sea past Muizenberg and St James.
All major car hire companies, Hertz, Avis, Budget etc, have offices at the airport.
