Home description

The house includes a large open-plan Kitchen/Dining Room/Lounge with French doors leading onto the patio and large private garden with a breathtaking view of the sea and mountains. The new addition of the pool makes the house complete for the ideal holiday - close to all the local tourist attractions as well as the option of a soaking up the african sun in total privacy.
The bedrooms are large double rooms. The main en-suite bedroom is very spacious with a queen size bed. The second room is also large and has two single beds the can be together to form a double or separated for the kids! Both bathrooms are large and has bath tub and shower respectively.

Fly to Cape Town International Airport - property is approximately 40 km from the Airport Car Hire Available from AVIS Car Rental/ Budget Car Rent Map essential Exit Airport N2 towards Cape Town then turn off onto M3 south (Muzienberg) continue on the M3 for approx 15km till traffic lights T-Junction. Turn right towards Ou Kaapseweg. Take left turnoff onto Ou Kaapseweg. Continue To Noodhoek turnoff (Silvermine Road) - this turnoff is the second turnoff to the RIGHT Once on Silvermine Road continue straight until the 3rd turnoff to the Right. Take 3rd turnoff and then first left in HIGH RIDING CLOSE.....number 13!
