About the home

This extraordinarly beautiful home has magnificent views and a mountain stream running alongside providing a constant soothing melody.

It is a symphony of glass and stainless steel with travertine floors and African rose wood. There are 5 en suite bedrooms. Double volume formal living room, which is overlooked by a balustraded romeo and julliette balcony. The outdoor area is a perfect entertaining spot with a BBQ and a sizeable infinity swimming pool. In the kitchen, clinical stainless steel work surfaces, top of the range Siemens appliances and rosewood cabinets. There are 9 balconies, 3 studies and 4 lock up garages, Gym ,Home Theatre, and emphasis on security with 360 CCTV, alarms, plus more.

The Mansion is built on a TWO plots, i.e half an acre which is very rare for Camps Bay. Known to be on of the largest homes in Camps Bay. Parking for 16 cars. Level Lawns adjacent to home and pool, i.e no steps which is common in Camps Bay.

There is also a Jungle Gym and swing for the Kids on the opposite side of the natural river. 2 Bridges, and is an ideal playground for kids.

CCTV Cameras surround the property and can be viewed on every TV, including the Sound Proof Home cinema.
