60 Llandudno Road has a very special atmosphere with a lovely garden including two dining terraces one under a vine the other with a sea view. A covered terrace by the pool is perfect for shady lounging while there are sun loungers if you prefer full sun. Llandudno Beach is a 2 minute walk. The swimming pool is heated and fenced from the rest of the garden. The house has 4 bedrooms and sleeps 10 with 3 bath or shower rooms.

We have a lovely housekeeper called Tembi who is very kind and efficient and is lovely with children. She is available to babysit by arrangement.

The Western Cape region

Summers in Cape Town are generally hot and dry and people really enjoy the beautiful outoors ( Nov - Mar)

In Autumn (Apr-May) it is usually not so hot but the days are still long and sunny.

Winter is June- August it can be cold and wet or dry and sunny but it is low season.

September and October herald the arrival of the Southern Right Whales who come to the warmer waters around Cape Town to calf. they are often to be seen in Llandudno Bay and nearby Hout Bay. It is also a perfect time to see the magnificent spring flower displays just up the West Coast above Cape Town

Camp's Bay with it's bustling nightlife is a 10 minute drive. Local dining and shopping is just 5 minutes away in Hout Bay. The Constantia Valley with it's wine route and Cape Town with Table Mountain and The V & A Waterfront are both 20 minutes drive

Flights to Cape Town International Airport (SAA, BA and Virgin)

The house is a 30 - 40 minute drive from the airport
