Large comfortable family home with open plan fully equipped kitchen with breakfast bar, leading onto the sparkling pool. TV lounge with satelite TV, Gym, large dining area leading onto the pool and garden. The master bedroom is extremely spacious, with balcony. This main bedroom offers beautiful views over Hout Bay and the Atlantic Ocean. There is a luxury en-suite bathroom with shower, double basin and toilet. The second bedroom has a double bed and an en-suite bathroom. The third bedroom has two single beds and makes use of the third bathroom. Crisp ironed bedlinen and towels provided.

The villa is situated in a very good location, close to all amenities and a short drive to the beach.
Perfectly suitable for families. Very clean and well maintained, immaculate. Daily cleaning service included in the rates during weekdays. Additional babysitting and cleaning service can be arranged on request.
Conditions
To confirm your booking, a 50% deposit is required, as well as a signed lease agreement. The balance is due 6 weeks prior to arrival. Breakage deposit applies.
